Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors/windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately). First class kail wood: With shutter thickness 35 mm

Providing and fixing ISI: 12817 marked Stainless Steel Butt Hinges (heavy weight) with Stainless Steel screws etc. complete. 100x60x2.50 mm

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty : Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm(weight not less than 10kg/sqm(including wooden fillets)

Earth work-in excavation for laying of PVC conduit for water exit includi ng disposing of excess material

Providing and laying vitrified floor/ceramic wall tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete as per directions of engineer incharge
