Note :- (a) Shift timings and Manpower to be employed are as under :- 1st Shift : 0600hrs to 1400 hrs Electrician (Semi Skilled)-02 No. 2nd Shift : 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs Electrician (Semi Skilled)-02 No. 3rd Shift : 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs. Electrician (Semi Skilled)-02 No. Note: Rates to be quoted for complete Job as per labour act inclusive of all taxes, Cess, Levies allowance as applicable including GST

(b) During Break down/ shut down of any type from TSSPDCL / DRDL sub stations, the same shall be informed immediately to the department and necessary fault rectification to be carried out and the quoted rate is deemed to include for the same. (c) During operation of HT /LT supply necessary safety precautions / safety devices to be adopted and the quoted rate is deemed to include for the same.

Note: 1. Contractor shall quote cumulative of basic rate, VDA , employers contribution towards EPF liability, contribution towards ESIC, contribution towards bonus, over head and profit as applicable as per instruction in vogue including all Taxes, Cess, Levies as applicable including GST. 2. Contribution towards EPF, ESIC, Bonus shall only be payable to contractor after submission of valid & authentic document in support of proof of payment and authenticated by Engineer-in-charge.

3. Monthly wages shall be paid by the contractor to the workers/labour only online. Proof of statutory deductions in favour of workers/labour shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE. The contractor will be required to submit copy of valid labour licence from the labour Commissioner within 15 days of commencement of the work. If the contractor fails to submit the same within this stipulated period the contact shall be liable to be cancelled and the performance Secuirty of the firm shall be forfeited accordingly. Reference is also invited to this HQ letter No.A/37696/Gen/Pol/E2W(PPC) dated 27 July 2017 as amended vide letter of even No. dated 09 May 2018.

Note for Item No 01 & 02 :- (i) In case of requirement, tradesmen provided for one area may be utilized in other areas at the discretion of the department without any extra cost to department as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of the following:- (a) leave reserve/off of the staff employed. (b) Uniform & shoes for tradesmen employed is mandatory. (c) Provision of Log Books & Stationery for the said installations. (d) Providing new HT gloves, spanners and other minor tools as required. (f) Minimum wages for the employees to be paid for per month (wages as declared) including reliever as per minimum wages act issued by the GOI. (iii) Wages to be paid to employee through individual bank account only and documents to be submitted to department. (iv) Minimum wages certificate shall be forwarded to E8- Section along with attendance register and wage register for releasing of payment.

(v) In case of absence of operator, double the quoted rate shall be recovered. (vi) Departmental equipments of each building like fire fighting equipment, motors, pumps, Electric panels and its accessories, copper/ brass materials etc., shall be under safe custody. In case of theft of any item, recovery shall be made from the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (vii)Tradesman should have minimum 05 years experience in handling HT installations of 11 KV and above. (viii) All people employed are responsible for cleaning and maintenance including restricting vegetation growth in their equipment surrounding area & up keeping of installations. (ix) The contractor will adhere to pay monthly payment cycle to the employees irrespective of RAR/Funds availability with department to avoid embarrassing situations to the principle employer failing which, will be liable to pay 5% penalty of monthly quoted rate as per CA in the next RAR. (x) The tradesmen employed should be well conversant of SCADA system and he should be able to read the SCADA system monitor.

Testing and setting the relays of incoming VCB's of 33 KV by primary injection method of any make/model mechanical parts, cleaning inside & outside with CRC-26 spray including replacing the unserviceable minor parts like springs, gear, nuts, bolts and washers, internal wiring if necessary and lubricating all the complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing the unserviceable burnt out parallel groove clamps, T-connectors, Pad connectors having eight bolt clamps and supply and fixing new eight bolt type Aluminium clamps suitable for panther aluminium jumpers / pipes including nuts, bolts, washers and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and removing the unserviceable burnt out pad connectors with six bolts and supply and fixing new six bolt type Aluminium clamps suitable for panther aluminium jumpers / pipes including nuts, bolts, washers and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down the worn out jumpers in 33 KV yard and supply and fix new jumpers cutting to adequate length of ACSR conductor panther complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of HT OCBs 150 Amps, after manually operating and removing of old oil and top up with new oil and testing & commissioning complete all as directed.

Servicing of HT OCBs 400 Amps, after manually operating and removing of old oil and top up with new oil and testing & commissioning complete all as directed. Note for srl item Nos.11 & 12: New oil for top up shall be measured and paid separately.

Dehydration and filtration of 5 MVA transformer 33/11 KV, HT OCB oil indoor/outdoor/ isolation type at different location with centrifuging machine, manually operated and achieve BDV 60 KV including carrying out oil testing before and after the dehydration process for each OCB complete all as directed. Note : Required oil for top up will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule

Supply only topping up of transformer/OCB oil as per IS :335, break down voltage not less than 60 KV all as specified and directed. Make :- Power Oil/Electrol

Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of 11 KV Current Transformer (CT`s), confirming relevant IEC standards indoor type, resin cast epoxy type, of 13.1 KA/Sec having ratio 200/1-1 Amps having Core1: Class 5P, 10P, 5-30VA for protection, Core2: Class 0.5, 10VA for metering including associated wiring complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 6.35/11 KV(E) Grade Aerial bunched cable confirming IS:7098(Part-2)-2011 & IS:398(Part-4)-1994 with 3(three) power cores (Stranded and one messenger circular Aluminium alloy conductor screened with Black extruded semi-conducting compound, natural coloured XLPE insulated core screened with Black extruded semi conducting compound and one layer of copper tape and covered with black extruded PVC (Core identification by colour tape marking red, yellow & Blue with colour tape placed longitudinally under the copper tape) and insulated massenger wire shall be stranded non-compacted circular Aluminium alloy conductor of size 3c x 185 sqmm + 1 x 150 sqmm (insulated messenger wire) including all necessary fixing spares & accessories like, bolts, hooks & D-clamps all as specified and directed. M&L for Servicing & Repairs to Air-break switch (isolator) off load, rotating type, 33 KV, 800 Amps to 1250 Amps capacity, with proper alignment of isolator rotating blades, with fixed contact jaws, arcing horns, applying petroleum jelly to moving mechanism, cleaning and lubricating to isolator gear box assembly, tightening all nuts, bolts and clamps of jumpers etc, repairing to isolator gear box assembly and making in proper serviceable condition for smooth functioning, testing and commissioning on load complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED indication lamp for breaker ON/OFF/TRIP/Breaker Spring Charged/R-Y-B etc for 11/33 KV control panel including associated wiring, if reqd, complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T/LEGRAND/ABB

Supply, Lay & Test & Commissioning cable 1100 volts with PVC insulated and steel armoured with multi stranded copper conductor of the sizes 10 core 2.5 Sq mm.

M & L for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding HT installation three times during a period of contract and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m as directed.

M&L for Repairs/maintenance of 11KV HT VCB/OCB/SF6 breakers Panel including bus coupler of any type, size and capacity complete including the following :- Taking out 11KV HT VCB/OCB/SF6 breakers of 400/630/800 Amps rating trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply, checking of mechanical/ motorised system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of HT VCB trolley including opening the VCB & checking the quality of insulating. Cleaning & servicing the fixed/moving contact & blowing out dust from bus bar chamber, spout gear mechanism and applying the proper lubrication/greasing and cleaning/servicing the entire motorised mechanism of VCB including all spare parts required at site, reassembling the VCB connection, testing, commissioning and putting on load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600x 600x 3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate, not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip earth lead of size 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts/check nuts and washers etc of galvanised iron, protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia and connected to main switch/control board including necessary excavation earth work in any type of soil and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B1 with 6 mm dia TMT Bars at 140 mm cc both ways, watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade GI, funnel, wire mesh, lugs, charcoal and salt etc complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part I and testing complete including removing unserviceable any type of items all as specified and directed. Note : Copper strip and GI pipe 40mm dia beyond 7.5 metres per earth will be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No. 22 above but using 32 x 6 mm galvanised MS strip earthing lead and MS galvanised plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm as earth electrode.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated location for loop earthing etc. as required of size 32x6 mm GI strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Gasket replacement for 5 MVA transformer (SRC RC 70C Grade) complete all as directed.

Supply installing testing and commissioning in replacement the relay module Micom P111 making necessary cutting in the existing panel and necessary control wiring FRLS of size not less than 2.5Sqmm and providing Ferules for identification and necessary spares for fixing complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.

Testing and re-setting of protection relay of 11 KV RMU SF6 breaker (indoor/outdoor) for SCADA relays incoming and out going feeders with control panel and control cable differential relay once in a month through authorised service engineer, Checking of instruments function and taking corrective action for improvement if found improper, Checking the condition of transformers (Oil & winding temp and B/H relay) and taking corrective checking and operating the switchgear and trip circuit of HT panel/breakers for its proper functioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as directed.

M&L for XLPE cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material & accessories suitable for 240 to 300 sqmm, 3 core armoured aluminium conduct including removing old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as directed.

Supply and Fix Dropout fuse unit, horn gap type single pole, mounted on and including insulators for 11 KV working pressure, fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts washers etc, synthetic bounded fuse carrying tube complete with line taps and suitable for current carrying capacity upto 40 Amps only all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive on one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint

Supply, Install and erect in repairs steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-55 of 11.0 mtrs long complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts and washers pole made out of MS tubing confirming to IS-2713 Part-II, including drilling of holes painting with two coats of bituminous paint internally and externally embedded portion in ground/concrete and painting to exposed surfaces with two coats aluminium paint and one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 wiring 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of pole including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix mild steel TMT bars 6mm dia to 8mm and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping columns hookings ends clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Brick work with sub-class bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement motar (1:6) mixed on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Providing precast cement concrete in landing cover slab type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) set in cement 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note: TMT bars shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for spreading the 20mm coarse aggregate in various sub stations and other locations complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of Impluse Emergency First aid kit box with basic medicine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of indoor/out door HT/LT panels, spray painting the same with two coat of synthetic enamel paint(RAC 7032) simens grey to achive smooth finish including writing of SM/MES No complete all as directed.

Testing and re-setting and checking connection of control cable from transformer tap changer to panel of auto tap changer relay of 5 MVA transformer through authorised service engineer, Checking of instruments function and taking corrective action for improvement if found improper, Tap changer panel l/breakers for its proper functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of Automatic Voltage Regulating Relay (AVR) model EMCO 301E is used to Regulate the secondary voltage of Power Transformers via On-Load Tap Changer (OLTC) all specified and directed.

M&L for fabricating feeder distribution layout board using aluminium composite panel of not less than 10 feet x 4 feet fixing on 25 x 25mm square pipe anti corrosive paint coated and designing the layout as per the sketch provided by the Engr-in-charge using ecosolvent print including lamination and fixing to the wall using necessary fixing nuts, bolts and spares as required at site. The job includes removing of old layout board from its position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of Alarm annucator 12 window of model MBAS-0600 suitable for 33/11KV HT breaker complete all specified and directed.
