Demolition of brick work or stone / bounder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 and external face of brick pointed flush in the same mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8, Type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforcement cement concrete in 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including use of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement for tiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or MS work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for MS framed work to angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc, complete and including either hooks and hinges fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed. Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised steel concertina coil of 600mm spiral dia wire with 2.5mm (coil not less than 8 Kg and stretched 5 to 6m) complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F chain link fencing wire 4 mm dia including line wires any mesh or type and straining and fixing to any type of post inlcuding securing crossing and stapple complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rough finished surface of concrete formwork to sides and soffites of floor or roof beams hunching grider bressummer chajja shelves incl supports complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for MS TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia and conforming to Fe 500 or Fe 550D securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or lime on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar in 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint of approved tint on newly plastered surface over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un enforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 by using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base surface finished even & fair with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in repairs for 60mm factory made thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any type, any size and shape confirming to IS-15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment and joints filled with sand including 50 mm thick sand cushion over PCC bed in repairs complete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- 1) Cost of sand cushion deemd to be included in this rate. 2) PCC bed shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of and breaking up drain pipes 300 mm dia reinfocred set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 300mm reinforced conerete pipes, class NP3 and jointed complete with collars.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 300 mm bore including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Notes: The amount of Rs 105250.00 against schedule of credit given on Tender Serial Page No 27 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted by the contractor against BOQ while deriving the contract sum for acceptance.
