Comprehensive Maintenance contract for HVAC System of 3x390TR plants Job I/C 3nos cooling tower, Primary/secondary pumps ,AHUs,Ventilating inline fans, Main HVAC panels with VFDs and all starter panels, BMS & air curtain in NTB(T-1) includes attending to complaints, repairs/rectification action, Supply & Replacement of all type of required Spares/accessories/ parts consumables, Rewinding works, Servicing & Overhauls,descaling if required, Periodic inspections, Schedule/ Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance as per detailed specification of terms and condition & scope of work covered under this contract as per site conditions etc. complete as required.

Operation and daily maintenance of HVAC plant of 3X390TR I/C 3nos cooling tower, Primary/secondary pumps ,AHUs,Ventilating inline fans, Main HVAC panels with VFDs and all starter panels, BMS & air curtain in NTB(T-1) and service block area with maintaining of records /documents on all days in three shifts including Sundays and holidays as required, as per detailed specification of terms and condition and as per direction of EIC as specified.

Operation of 3X110TR Central AC Plant including maintenance of records /documents on all days in two shifts (16 Hrs) including Sundays and Holidays as required as per AAI specification, terms & conditions.

All inclusive Comprehensive maintenance of 3x110 TR Central Air-Conditioning system complete including chillers, compressors, motors, pumps, piping, cooling tower, AHU's & their control panels etc. as per recommendations of OEM/ AAI specifications, terms & conditions.

Annual comprehensive maintenance of 1.5 ton Split type air-conditioning units of all makes installed at various locations including, repair / replacement of defective compressors / motors / PCB/ spares / consumables etc. of complete air-conditioning system as per tender specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required for two years.

Annual comprehensive maintenance of 2.0 ton Split type air-conditioning units of all makes installed at various locations including, repair / replacement of defective compressors / motors / PCB/ spares / consumables etc. of complete air-conditioning system as per tender specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required for two years.

Annual comprehensive maintenance of 3.0 ton Split type air-conditioning (Cassette/Floormounted/Highwall/MRU) units of all makes installed at various locations including, repair / replacement of defective compressors / motors /PCB/ spares / consumables etc. of complete air-conditioning system as per tender specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required for two years.

Annual comprehensive maintenance of 4.0 ton Split type air-conditioning (Cassette/Floormounted/Highwall) units of all makes installed at various locations including, repair / replacement of defective compressors / motors / PCB/ spares / consumables etc. of complete air-conditioning system as per tender specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required for two years.

Annual comprehensive maintenance of 5.5 ton Ductable Split air-conditioning units of all makes installed at various locations including, repair / replacement of defective compressors / motors / PCB/ spares / consumables etc. of complete air-conditioning system as per tender specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required for two years.

Annual comprehensive maintenance of 40/80 ltr WaterCooler units of all makes installed at various locations including, repair / replacement of defective compressors / motors /PCB/ spares / consumables etc. of complete air-conditioning system as per tender specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required for two years.

Annual comprehensive maintenance of 150/150 ltr WaterCooler units of all makes installed at various locations including, repair / replacement of defective compressors / motors / PCB/spares / consumables etc. of complete air-conditioning system as per tender specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required for two years.

Supply and fixing of copper refrigerant piping of following size comprising suction and discharge pipes complete with suitable size PVC FR Cu wire & nitrile rubber insulation sleeves, brazing including providing of clamps etc.

Size 1/2" & 1/4" for 1.5 TR Air-conditioning complete as required.

Size 5/8" & 3/8" for 2.0/3.0 TR Air-conditioning complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 25 mm PVC drain pipe connection from indoor to outside of wall including bends,water seal materials & necessary accessories on surface / recess for drain water outlets of AC units etc. complete as required.

Dismentalling of 1.5/2.0 ton split A/Cs of different make and handedover to AAI store/ shift to other location within Airport permises in good condition etc complete as required.

Installation ,testing and commissioning of 1.5/2.0 ton split A/Cs of Different make including gas charging, pressure testing and minor civil works etc complete as required
