Demolition of brick /stone massonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 above but except bricks. ( Serviceable bricks obtained from demolition shall be reused).

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of spoils/ demolished materials not exceeding 50m and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water ptoofing compound @ 3% of weight of cement or as per manufactures instructions and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm for laying APP membrane. (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying two coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm. Note: Water proofing compount will be measured & paint seperatly.

Taking down ceiling fans 1400mm /1200mm sweep and refixing on same location or other location of any type/make and size carefully from fan hook, and transporting from any location to MES E/M store yard and back after repairing complete all as specified and directed.

Stripping of ceiling fan washing thoroughly of bearing/bush by petrol, washing/cleaning fan blades body etc thoroughly, greasing, replacement of worn out/defective unserviceable parts (wherever necessary) reassembling the same and testing the fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Defective/unserviceable parts replaced will be paid separately in respective item of Sch 'A' as Supply only.

M&L for rewinding Ceiling fan by cutting the existing copper winding of ceiling fan of 1200/1400MM capacity and make any type with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size incl all insulating materials varnishing and neating complete incl satisfactory testing of fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing serviceable fitting /fixtures as obtained from taking down item boards/outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures, here in before and connecting up with copper conductor cable of suitable size in locatation complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the main power supply to distribution box and make a proper dressing of SPN/TPN/VTPN MCB/MCCB DBs of pre-connected MCBs by changing screw of DB cover ,earth wire and other necessary connecting items and dressing of wires with the help of cable tie inside the distribution box and duly connecting up complete all as specified and directed.
