Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old decdorated surfaces of internal walls and ceilings by scrapping and removing treated surfaces with mechanical wall sander including cleaning, watering to make the surface clean and free from dust, etc including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: This item shall not be considered for areas measured under Item No. 01 here-in-before)

M&L for Rendering on Internal Walls, 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering on Internal walls, 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5.0mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on Concrete Surfaces of Ceilings, Plastered Surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in two layers, 10 mm + 5 mm in cement mortar 1:4, top layer of 5 mm thickness mixed with with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions) on external surfaces of brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces finished even and fair upto 4 storey height including necessary scaffloding complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only".

Supply only Liquid Water Proofing Compound, ISI Marked, as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the Ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Non-asbestos Fiber Cement Building Boards 4.0mm thick, fixed to Walls with Rawl Plugs and Steel Screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new/undecorated plastered surfaces of internal walls, applying 1.5 mm thick wall putty in two layers of 0.75mm thickness each, including rubbing down with sand paper to obtain smooth and even surface, applying one coat of suitable primer and finishing with two coats of acrylic distemper of approved shade/tint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
