Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of 4.0 TR (nominal cooling capacity) floor standing / tower type split air conditioner, inverter / fixed speed (3-5 star BEE rated), complete with indoor unit (floor mounted), outdoor unit, wireless remote control, cordless / LCD display, auto-restart, anti-corrosive coating (Blue Fin / Gold Fin), R-32 / R-410A refrigerant, suitable for 415V / 3-phase or 230V / single-phase complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Single pole and neutral enclouser with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps 240V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Triple pole and earth encolsure with a three pin and earth plug with socket complete with one triple pole MCB 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring with 4 runs of 4 sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable with proper colour coding drawn through and including non metalic PVC casing & caping not less than 25mm width ISI marked with all accessories like PVC elbow, PVC Tee etc fixed on wall complete including connecting up complete as specified and directed. Note for item No. 5 & 7 : The colour of caping casing will be as per user requirement.

Supply, fixing and clamping , jointing copper tubing for suction line and for liquid discharge line insulated with suitable insulation material including making hole in wall for passing through and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 20mm dia incl connecting to water cooler drain pipe complete fixing accessories such as complete of all tees, bends,elbows, reducers, mouth tube ends fixing accessories such as GI saddles, full threded screws and (Narayan) nylon rawl plugs etc surfaced on walls/roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fabrication of MS frame for enclosure of of outdoor unit made out of hollow square bar of size 25mm, hot-dip galvanized, including necessary bolts, nuts washer etc incl complete fixing arrangement including applying one coat of primer and painting complete all as specified and directed.

supply and Fix Cable trays manufactured from steel wires, of size 300x75mm ( Including pre fabricated GI clamp suitable for fixing/supporting ) cable trucking for plain to be fixed on any wall (brick/stone) vertically/horizontally including all accessories complete bending, shaping, drilling, welding, cutting & all fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carrying out core cutting of size 3'' to 5'' dia upto 24'' length in the c.c./rock/stone wall with help of specialized core cutting machine in proper manner and finishing the site as original complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing old panels including disconnecting all accessories and Supply, installation, testing and commissioing of Indoor type LT panel (Confirming to IS-8623), AC 415V, 50Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system made out of 2.0 mm thick SS 304 Sheet steel , front & back openable doors, CPRI approved factory made, index of protection not less than IP 55, floor mounted front operated cubical, duly finished internal and external, consisting of copper bus bar capacity not less than 6000 Amps current rating, chamber for phase and neutral, PVC sleeves of phase and neutral indication, interconnection with solid conductor/ strips/ wires/cables with PVC tapes/sleeves of RYB colours, including suitable adopter boxes with spreader links for connecting cables of switch terminals, danger notice plate complete with the following accessories:-
