Servicing of diesel engine generator set 10 KVA to 15 KVA of make Kirloskar Engine by carrying out inspection/checking of cylinder head assembly, piston system, piping system,cylinder liners, radiator function and cleaning thoroughly with cleaning agents and drain out the engine oil and filling up new engine oil including replacement of air filter, diesel filter, oil filter, bypass filter, CR element, CR plates, 'O' rings etc and tappet calibration including replacing tapet cover gasket, tightening of all electrical & mechanical parts, greasing to all parts, testing for its working to achieve the requisite satisfactory performance, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Engine oil will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule as supply only.

Disconnecting of all rubber hoses and draining out the water from choked radiator assembly from the existing DG set of capacity 10 KVA to 15 KVA and taking down the radiator assembly by unscrewing all mechanical connections from the existing position, opening the top and bottom covers of the radiator assembly, cleaning thoroughly the choked pipe of the radiator by using cleaning agents/caustic soda,cleaning of all the deposited sediments in the pipes/tubes including arresting of leakage by means of soldering/brazing and replacement of clamps, rubber hoses and AVM pads with suitable nuts, bolts and washers etc and fixing back in its original position and testing complete all as specified and directed

Supply and filling inhibitor corrosion (coolant additive concentrate) required for topping up, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Castrol/TVS/Servo.

Supply and toping up of acid mixture suitable for lead acid batteries of 12 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and toping up of distilled water suitable for lead acid batteries of 12 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 02 Nos battery cable leads of multistranded copper conductor cable, heavy duty,PVC insulated & sheathed, each of 3 metres long, each of the cable fixed with 1 No terminal socket at one end and at the other end with brass lugs for self starter connection of the DG set, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable battery charger and supply and fix new automatic electronic battery charger 10 Amps, 12 Volts, including making electric connections and to be housed in AMF panel complete all as specified and directed. Make : Maha mai / Span /Vinitech/NHP.

Supply and fix 12 Volts, 90 AH, maintenance free battery and connecting to DG set and testing after removing the old unserviceable items complete all as directed. Make:- Amaron/Exide express/AMCO

Disconnecting of electrical connections from the unserviceable self starter of 10 KVA to 15 KVA DG Set of any make/type and taking down self starter, carrying out repairs,overhauling,servicing of self starter including replacing the unserviceable parts such as bearing,carbon assembly, clutch assembly etc and other parts to make the self starter in serviceable condition, fixing back the self starter in its original position and connecting up all connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE FOR ITEM NOS. 09 TO 10: Cost of all the materials, repairs and works to make the self starters functional except those considered under item No 10 shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of above items.

Supply only armature coil for self starter of DG set 10 KVA to 15 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the unserviceable charging dynamo from DG set of capacity 10 KVA to 15 KVA of any make/model/type and thoroughly checking for carrying out repairs and cleaning with necessary cleaning agent and overhauling, lubricating of the same and replacement of parts such as bearings,bushes, field coil and other minor spares for making the charging dynamo serviceable, reconnecting and fixing back in original position and testing ,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the unserviceable turbo charger assembly after disconnecting the mechanical connections from DG set of capacity 10 KVA to 15 KVA of any make / type, opening and thoroughly checking for carrying out repairs of the turbo charger assembly and replacing the turbo charger repair kit and minor spares as required including calibrating, servicing for making the turbo charger functional and assembling and fixing back the turbo charger assembly to its original position and testing ,complete all as specified and directed..

Taking down the unserviceable water pump of DG set 10 KVA to 15 KVA, servicing and overhauling the water pump including replacing certain spares such as bearing, bushes, gaskets, nuts, bolts and washers etc for making the water pump functional, assembling and fixing back in its original position and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only engine oil of grade 15 W 40 for DG sets of any capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Servo super/Castrol/Volvoline.

Drain out the fuel from the fuel tank of DG set 10 KVA to 15 KVA capacity and keeping it in separate container, disconnecting all the fuel lines and other mechanical connections and taking out the fuel tank and cleaning the fuel tank both internally and externally by removing all the accumulated dust/sediments, carry out leakage testing of the tank and welding/brazing, and refixing the tank in its original position,replacing the drain plug and PVC pipe protected with flexible pipe,refilling back the drained out fuel into the diesel tank and providing locking arrangement with 01 No Godrej pad lock, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix automatic voltage regulator (AVR),415 volts including all spares suitable for existing 10 KVA to 15 KVA DG set and connecting up all electrical connections and testing including removing old unserviceable items, complete all as specified and directed.
