SPECIAL REPAIRS TO FURNITURE IN CONVERSION OF CHARPOY GI PIPE 32 MM NYLON NEWAR TO HARD TOP BY FIXING PLYWOOD AT DEPOT BN AND 15 DOGRA UNDER GE NORTH BANGALORE

12mm thick commercial plywood (7 ply) duly ISI marked of size 1980mmx900mm over the GI charpoy all the four corners of the plywood should be shaped such that it should rest on all long and short rails of the charpoy. The plywood shall be fixed to the charpoy with 10 Nos 6mmx75mm long bolt and nuts duly countersunk on top with suitable washer (Nut, Bolts & Washer will be galvanised iron) by making holes 3 each on each long rails and 2 each on each short rails all as directed. The quoted rate shall also include for the following arrangement of fixing:- (i) Taking down of existing old unserviceble nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe. (ii) Provision of 3 No of the flat iron 40 x 5mm thick duly welded to long rails at 150mm from each short rails and 01 flat iron at centre of the long rail such that the flat iron, long rails should be at same level. (iii) two coats of Synthetic enamel black paint,painted over a coat of red oxide primer on flat iron and welded portions all as specified and as directed. Make of plywood : Greenply / Archid / Century / National Synthetic enamel paint :- Apcolite of Asian / Superlac of Shalimar / Luxol of Burger / Pentilite of Nerolac / Brolac of Johnson & Nicholson,
