Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. at the places out side the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 15mm thick rendering cement plaster in Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 over brick or concrete surfaces/ wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement and providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements all as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour 10mm thick rendering plaster in Cement and Sand mortar 1:3 on ceiling (concrete surfaces) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, and providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements all as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work, stone/ boulder masonry and built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour brick work with fly ash brick old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of path, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mmx450mmx7mm thick, on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of old tile and removal of debris complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non skid, first quality ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area or each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of old tile and removal of debris complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour coloured vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 8-10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm, in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry with and including 3mm thick PVC spacers and pointed with coloured epoxy grouts to match the shade of tile, over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of old tile and removal of debris complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 12 herein before but on skirting etc over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4

Supply and fix concrete interlocking paver block, with grey cement and no pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, and including laid over 25mm thick sand cushioning, including only dismantling of old paver block and removal of debris to a distance n.exc 1.5 Km of any description complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour 18mm to 20mm thick granite stone slabs, width and length as ordered, best quality machine cut and granite polished to be fixed on kitchen platform, steps, pillars, floors etc and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with marble dust (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of slab, rubbing and granite polishing, over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and rounding off/bull nosing exposed edges including dismantling of old stone slabs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Kota Stone Slab flooring, 18 to 22mm thick,(minimum size 55 x 55 cm) best quality over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing (mirror finish), including dismantling of old stone slab and removal of debris complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 16 hereinbefore but on skirting / vertical surfaces laid over and including 10mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth over and includign a coat of red oxide including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type / descriptin viz distemper, white wash etc from plastered / un plastered surface of wall, chajjas, facia, cantilivers, RCC etc with mechanical means / grinder completely and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of interior wall primer including interior grade wall care putty (average thickness 2mm as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) and sand papering, making the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exceeding 10cm girth, and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing with all standard fittings or connections, from wall/ceiling/floor etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour taking down, chipping and removing the loose split, damaged cement concrete, cement mortar surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls chajjas etc and exposing the reinforced cement, wire brushing and clearing the exposed steel reinforced bar. apply rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified cement and quartz sand mortar in CM 1:3 mix, 40mm average thick in two coats, with and including polymer @ 10% by weight of cement, including erecting and dismantling steel scafolding for carrying out the work upto height of 12 mtr (Appx) complete all as specified and as directed. Note - (New reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) Make:- Dr fixit/chemestik/fosroc.
