M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair face of brick work /concrete surfaces/ PCC block/stone masonry wall surface, including mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over priming coat of exterior primer on new or untreated plastered surfaces using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with kynar 500 based PVDF/Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on exposed face and polymer (service) coating on other face, fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe of size 25mmx20mm with 1mm wall thickness in 600mmx600mm size grid including stainless steel screws, nut, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealent for groove filling, backer rods etc,complete all as per Manufacturer instruction and as directed.
