Annual maintenance contract for repairs rewinding of AC DC motors at SKIMS Soura and SKIMS MCH Bemina for the year 2020-21

Amount

(A)Providing and fitting of different items in the old Electric Motors of various capacities in SKIMS Soura. The Job Includes disconnecting input/output connections, dismounting, dismantling of the motor, cleaning of the surafces,making ways for bearing,keys,fans etc,assembling of motor after providing and fitting of required items, varnishing,mounting,fixing ,aligning ,providing shims (if required), testing on no load as well as on full load. The job includes shifting, loading, unloading including head load to and from SKIMS to workshop and vice versa (inside as well as outside the premises) .In case of rewinding the job includes rewinding of the motor by providing and fitting of new copper wire of standard gauge and insulation.The old burnt/damaged coils shall be the retained by the firm and the deduction of cost on account of this is included in the job.The job also includes taking tapping at various points so as to provide conection for external circuit.The job includes applying two coats of varnishing and providing and fitting of crimpling sheet, cotton rolls,PVC sleeves etc as required.All sundry items including geasing, rustoline, nuts, bolts, keys, gaskets, cleaning clothes, safety items, tools, tackles etc are to be arranged by the firm. 1/15hp.900RPM,230 V 50 HZ single phase
