M&L water proofing treatment to RCC Roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatement complete all as specified and as directed from bottom to top :- (a) Applying Bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr per Sqm over plastered surfaces of Roof including parapet surfaces. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymeric membranes of approved manufacturer, 3mm thick weight not less 3.50 Kgs/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flushing in a coat of aluminium paint over roof surfaces. (i) Laying APP based polymeric membranes shall be done by torch on method as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm shall be made and at the end 75mm shall be made at the sides of the polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per Manufacturer's instructions. (c) Applying two coats of aluminium paint over top of APP membrane @ 0.10Kg/Sqm.

Disconnecting existing tanks, set aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity exc 250 Ltrs but n.exc 500 Ltrs (cleaning, repairing etc shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc of capacity exc 250 Ltrs but n. exc 500 Ltrs complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 20mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coating aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe ( minimum weight-210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed
