M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors including finishing the surface rough & even for receiving tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 450x350 x7 mm thick glazed ceramic tiles as in dado/ skirting and vertical serfaces set&jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and incl 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 to complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius build in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete.
