SH : I : Operation and Maintenance

Job contract for round the clock ( 24X7) operation & daily maintenance of Fire Hydrant system, Novec- 1230 Gas Suppression System, Sprinkler System, Down Comers and analogue addressable fire detection & alarm system with all accessories / units /wiring viz like Pumps, Engines, Control Panel, valves , pipe lines, Alarm Panels, repeater panel,auto dialers,detectors, MCPs, hooters etc. for Terminal Building, ATC Tower Cum Technical Block,DVOR,NDB,MSSR, Glide path,Localiser and Fire Station (as detailed in the inventory) on all days including sunday / holidays etc complete as required as per the special condition of the contract excluding spare parts.

Monthly Service Contract through specilization engineer / agency for preventive/periodical/unlimited break down maintenance of Fire Hydrant system, Novec- 1230 Gas Suppression System, Sprinkler System, Down Comers and analogue addressable fire detection & alarm system with all accessories / units /wiring viz like Pumps, Engines, Control Panel, valves , pipe lines, Alarm Panels, repeater panel,auto dialers,detectors, MCPs,hooters etc. for Terminal Building, ATC Tower Cum Technical block,DVOR,NDB,MSSR and Fire Station (as detailed in the inventory) etc complete as required as per the special condition of the contract excluding spare parts.

Carrying out of Monthly Maintenance of Diesel Engine ( 72 BHP Engine make : KOEL, Model: 4R1040T) through the OEM/authorized Service Dealer etc. complete as required including replacement of B -check maintenanace by providing all spares like oil filters, fuel filters, Lub oil and coolant at every six months etc as required

Monthly maintenance of 1 No x 125 KVA Greaves Cotton Ltd make DG set ( Model no.TD4L4 ) for preventive ( monthly) and break down ( unlimited) maintence through OEM/ authorized service dealer including reapiring / replacing and adjustment of elements assemblies and sub-assemblies etc. but excluding major overhauling, top overhauling and rewinding and spare parts etc. complete as required. ( Spares parts excluded)

Providing temporary illumination with standard coloured serial LED lamps sets on different occassions for the Terminal building, statue, trees and car parking garden with required cables as directed by the Engineer-In - Charge.(Containing minimum 50 Nos of lamps per set and quantiy of sets are required for each occassions will be decided by EIC).

Providing temporary multi coloured LED Flood light fitting on different occassions for the Terminal building, and statue with required cables as directed by the Engineer-In - Charge.(The quantity required for each occassion will be decided by E-I-C)
