Supply, Install , testing and commissioning of Wall Mounted LT panel factory made in replacement of old damaged wall mounted LT panels of suitable size for 3 Phase 415 Volts indoor type made out 2 mm thick CRCA sheet of sides of the panel board, insulated with PVC sleaves and coloured with (red, yellow,blue and black) CTR and internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper wire , use fitted on angle iron 50x50x6 mm frame of the panel board , fitted on wall by proper cementing work, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable gland. and the copper bus bar should be 1.5 time from the main incoming incl disconnecting and taking down old unsv LT panel of any description and any type. NOTE:-All MCCB's used are thermal magnetic overload and short-circuit protection class with adjustable tharmal and magnetic levels. Material & labour for replacement of unsv earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron.Earth strip protected by GI pipe 15mm bore(medium grade) and connected to earthing test point as directed and as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 40 cm x 40cm x 5cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and earth testing on completion .

Taking down existing LT panel board (Meter Box) located at Map block and supply and fixing factory made sheet metal enclosure board made of 1.6 mm thick metal sheet and painting 2 coats with synthic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including Aluminium bus bar of suitable rating and fixed with wall for fixing MCCB 4P 125 amp and electric meters complete with wiring, fitting and accessories, locking arrangements with handle (adequate size and adequate depth for the following equipments, internal wiring and termination of external cable, lugs and glands and conduits as required) comprising of following. (a) Incoming 125 Amp 4 pole MCCB 25 KA-01 Nos.(Main incomer) (b) Aluminium Bus bar rated 200 Amp capacity. (c) 10Amp DP/SPN MCB-01 No (Outgoing for stair case and garrage) (d) 63 Amp DP/SPN MCB-06 Nos (Outgoing for Qtr meters) (e) Taking down and Refixing of electric meter energy meters single phase 240Volt 40Amps 50HZ -06 Nos.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED post top fitting 40 W powder coated aluminium die cast and spun aluminium with clear/diffused PC cover suitable for landscape lighting 240V, 50 Hz ,AC supply complete with all accessories internally pre wired including provision of 3 core PVC flexible copper conductor from electric supply source to connector of light with degree of protection IP 65,CCT 6500K complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Cost of GI pipe of suitable dia of length 4 feet, grouting holes into piller and cement work has been included in the rate quoted by contractor

Labour only for removing/refixing AMA LED Elevated Heliport Light and checking serviceability of AMA LED Elevated Heliport Light ,Isolation Transformer and Primary/Secondry connectors with the help of suitable equipment and reassemble the same after replacement of unserviceable componnent and testing complete all as specefied and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Unserviceable components like Isolation transformer,LED Light,Primary connector and Secondry connector will be measured and paid separatly under below mention schedule

Material & labour for Isolation Transformer 45 Watt, 50 Hz, 5000V grade primery/secondry 6.6 A/6.6A all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge Make:- India Isolation Transformer or Equivalent approved by GE

Material & labour for LED Elevated Heliport Light all as per existing installed at helipad make of AMA INDIA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge Note:- Prior to placing order for supplyof heliport lights colour of the light will be confirmed from AO/Engr-in-Charge Make:- AMA India AS approved by GE

Material and labour for Primary Connector for connection of LED Helipad Light with transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Secondry Connector for connection of LED Helipad Light with transformer complete all as specified and directed.
