Supplying and fixing of Conference table for seating capacity of 26 participants-26 seat standard modules, made of 25mm thick MDF with waterfall top edges finished in PVC Membrane using unique wrap around technology for better aesthetics & long lasting use. Understructure - Legs made of 25mm thick standard Black matt colour post formed panels interconnected with 18mm thick standard Black matt colour pre-laminated modesty panels, with height adjustable levelers to take care of uneven floors. For closed configurations, liftable top cover, made of 12mm MDF finished in PVC Membrane, is provided to access the horizontal wire carrier. For open configurations, wire channel is mounted on the inner side of modesty panel for horizontal wire carrying. Vertical wire management is through flexible vertical wire manager. Standard table top height - 740mm. Supplying conference chairs :-The seat shall made up of plywood and moulded polyurethane foam upholstered 24.00 with fabric. Backrest assembly is of injection moulded plastic with black mesh fabric and height adjustable lumbar support pad. The moulded polyurethane foam for seat is with density=50+/ 2kg/m. The dimensions of seat shall be 48 cm(W) x 45 cm (D) and of back shall be 46.5 cm(W) x 51.5 cm(H). Armrest has 2 way button operated height adjustment. The arm top is made of soft moulded PU. The mechanism of chair shall have following features:360 degree revolving type, Automatic weight sensing Mechanism. The chair shall be provided with pneumatic height adjustment which shall have stroke of 11.2 +/- 0.5 cm. The pedestal shall be injection moulded in black plastic GF nylèn and fitted with 5 nos twin wheel castor. The size of the pedestal shall be 65.0 +/- 1 cm pitch-centre-dia (70.0 +/-1.0 cm with castors). The twin wheel castors shall be injection moulded in black polypropylene. The cushioned head support is adjustable in height and angle for optimurn user comfort. The moulded polyurethane foam for seat is with density=50-55 kg/m.The dimensions of seat shall be- 48 cm(W) x 45 cm (D) and of back shall be 46.5 cm(W) x 51.5 cm(H). Armrest has 2 way button operated height adjustment and depth adjustment. The arm top is made of soft moulded PU with MS insert. The Visitor Understructure made up of ERW tube Dia 25.4mm and Thickness 2mm. Overall dimensions of Chair shall be, Width of Chair - 55.0cm, Depth of Chair - 54.0 cm as measured from base below. Height from ground - min 100.0 cm. Seat height - min 45 cm. Dimensions tolerance variations shall be within +/- 1 cm. Chair tested as per ANSI/BIFMA x5.1 standards including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

The seat shall be made up of 12440.1 cm thick hat pressed plywood& upholstered with leather and moulded polyure thene foam. The back shall be designed and coloured shape for the extra comfort and made up ofcombinationof 12 mm (7 layers) & 4 mm (Slayers) thick hot pressed plywood and 37 mm thick 32 density U fam size of back shall be (W)-55.0 cm, (H) - 70.5 mc & size of the seat which shall be (W)-51.0 cm, (D)-49.0 cm. PU foam should be used in making seat which shall be moulded with density 55+/-5 kg/m3 and hardness load 15-20 kgf for 50% compression. The armrests should made of black integral skin polyurethane wi 50-70 shore 'A' Hardness and reinforced with M.S. insert. The armrests shall be fitted to the seat with seat/armrest connecting strip assembly made of HR steel including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.
