M&L Galvanised Steel Tubing Pipe 80mm bore (dia), Light grade with Bend, laid in Trenches or under Roads/ Flooring/ Culverts and/or fixing to Electric Poles with suitable Size Mild Steel Flat Iron 40x4.0mm Clamps, Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (Dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Supply & laying Sub-class ‘B’ Bricks of Size 230x115x75 mm, Kiln burnt, for Covering to UG Cable as Protection, laid Flat, Transversally Width Equal to the Length of the Cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Earthing with Galvanised Earth Plate Electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick burried directly in Ground (Earth Pit not less than 2.25 Metre below Ground Level) with Top edge of the Plate not less than 1.50 Metre below Ground Level, Connected with and including Galvanised Earth Strip of Size 25x4.0mm by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check nuts and Washers of GI or Steel and Connected Earthing Testing Point/Bus-bar with GI 40mm bore (dia) Light grade Protection Pipe, Earth Plate surrounded by a packed thickness of Char Coal or Coke Dust mixed with Common Salt in alternate layers of not exc. 150mm thick, PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregates) and Pre-cast RCC Cover Slab of Size 350x350x50mm in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregates), reinforced with 10mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm Centre to Centre in both ways, GI Wire Mesh, PGI Funnel with GI Watering Pipe 20mm bore (dia) Medium grade including necessary Excavation in Soft/Loose Soil, Returning, Filling in and Removal of surplus Spoil upto a distance of 50.00 Metre and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and Testing on Completion including Taking down/out Old Unserviceable Earthing of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed. NOTE : All Joints should be joined by Exothermic Welding or Brazing.
