Macadamisation of road from Kendri Vidalaya Brakpora to Ziyarat Sahareef Kralpora

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and Applying of Tack Coat using hot straight run Bitumen of grade VG-10 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen evenly, cleaning abd preparing the existing road surface as per specification. On Bitumen surface @0.5Kg/Sqm

Providing and laying of 50 mm premix Bituminious Macadam base course with Stone aggregate of quality size and grading as specified in CPWD specification and straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 3.5% by weight of total mix incl hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant transporting mixed material and laying with paver finisher to the required level and grade rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonnes capacity to achive the required compaction and density 50to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type HOt Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH Capacity.

Providing and laying Bituminious Concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminious binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tipper, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade , level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achive the desired compacting and density as per specification, complete and as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @5.5% (percentage by weight of total Mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in drum type Hot mix Plant of 60-90 TPH Capacity.

Supplying and filling of RBM/Khak Bajree/ quarry muck in berms/shoulder filling incl spreading, consolidation loading, unloading all complete jonb.
