(24.11.2) Half brick masonry with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

(22.1.3) Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories or height upto 7.5 metre above plinth level including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

(26.21.4) Providing and fixing single paitam (rebated) stone doors windows and ventilator frames of approved quarry in cement sand mortar 1:4: size 125x100 mm

(29.12) Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators side /top /centre hung with beading and all members such as F7D, F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and rivetted with 15x3mm lugs, 10cm long, embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, float glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make and a priming coat of approved steel primer excluding the cost of metal beading and other fittings except necessary hinges or pivots complete as per approved design.

(32.3.3) Cement Plastering on new surface of walls including ( T&P) Scafolding material & complete labour for fixing of material for including cost of water & curing racking of joints cement sand mortar 1:6 ( 20 mm thick.)

(31.62.1) Grading roof for water proofing treatment with water proffing compound Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

(27.18.1) Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed vitrified tiles of colour standard white, grey, ivory, fume, red brown, light green, light blue, and other light shades with water absorbtion less than or equal to 0.08% confirming to IS : 13753 & IS : 15622 in floor, steps etc laid on bed on neat cement slury finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the the cost of cement plaster on wall and pillar) Size 600mm x 600mm

(4.13) Earth filling with available surplus soil excavated from foundations and taken only from outside of building plinth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer including ramming and watering and consolidation with lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

(37.2.1) Providing and fixing 12mm thick Pre-laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

(32.35.1) Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

(30.26) Kota stone slabs 25 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.
