Providing installation, testing and commissioning of Solar Steam Cooking facility to combined mess complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The following component are as under:

a)Solar parabolic Concentrator (Scheffler dish) Material-mild steel size: 16 Sqm, Reflective material – 3mm High reflective mirror Glass solar Grade / 0.4mm AL reflector surface protection – Zinc / Chrome with dual cost Epoxy paint Reflector fixing stainless steel screws, natural cure silicon sealant on Aluminium channel Complete in all respect. 18 Nos.

b)Receivers: type – Circular, Material-Boiler quality, size-500mm Diameter, Design pressure- 15Kg/Sq. cm, working pressure – 10kg / Sq. cm, Insulation material 100 Kg/cum mineral wool with 100mm insulation and aluminium channel complete in all respect. 18 Pcs

c)Steam vessels and Backup boiler, vessels: 300 litres capacity, 02 Nos. Single jacket, 1 No. Double jacket, 200 Kg/hr LPG boiler complete in all respect. 1 Set

d)Maerial-BQ plate (IBR), Design pressure-15Kg/ Sq. cm working pressure – 10 Kg / Sq.cm., Insulation material 100 Kg/cum mineral wool with 100mm insulation and Aluminium cladding complete in all respect. 1 set

e)Central tracking system: Type-Automatic for E-W power source-12 Volt and Reduction Gear Box, speed Synchronizer-Cyclic time along with allied accessories & fittings etc. in whole the work i.e. Valves and Control( IBR Grade): Globe ball valves require size, NRV, Steam strainers, steam traps, steam Separator, pressure gauges, Temperature Gauges, safety valves, Steam Distribution pipe material-MS Steamless (Connecting Receivers to Tanks) up to all lengths as per site condition. Schedule 40 Grade up to Kitchen upto all lengths as per site condition with required diameter insulation Material 100 kg / cum LRB with 50mm insulation and aluminium cladding Necessary steel structure for steam tank, receiver, concentrator etc. as per requirement of site conditions complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge / Concerned Deptt. No extra payment will be made for this job. The rate should be quoted with annual maintenance charges for the period of five (05) years. The cooking staff will be provided by the University and will be trained by the successor bidder and all consumable material for cooking purpose will be provided by the firm except LPG.
