Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured non skid ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, with and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured ceramic glazed tiles of size 350x200x7mm thick in vertical surface of wall, such as dado, skirting etc over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to receive glazed tiles set and jointed in white or coloured cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid in cement mortar and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick granite stone tiles (of any type) machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in 1:6 , and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rounding to edges of stone slabs on edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from stone/ brick or concrete surface of wall/ ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete or stone masonry surfaces with cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on external surface of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick plaster on concrete surfaces of ceiling with cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper paint over a coat of chalk whiting on wall preparatory to distember including preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall and over 3mm thick wall care putty by complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper paint over a coat of chalk whiting on wall preparatory to distember including preparation of new plastered surfaces or unplastered surface of wall over 3mm thick wall care putty on new surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coat of white wash on new plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of ceiling including brooming, scrapping down with steel scrapper smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior paint over a coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior primer including preparation of new surfaces of walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior paint over a coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior primer including complete removal of existing treatment on old wall surfaces or preparation of new plastered/ concrete surfaces of walls, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia. of wire and average width of aperture of 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size quality or description) from wooden frame or stone concrete or brick surrounds glazed fixed with putty or fixed with beads etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repair 600mm x 450mm beveled edge mirror mounted on 6mm thick AC building board or commercial plywood and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers. Complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Mirror shall be issued under Schedule ‘B’ as “free for fixing” only

Supply and fixing PTMT grating 140mm dia fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC waste pipe of 32mm dia flexible type 1.2 mtr long,fitted to WHB or sink complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only in repairs PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts, 600mm long complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- PVC connection shall be issued under Schedule ‘B’ as “free for fixing” only

Taking down old steel tubing of 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old steel tubing of 20mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of CPVC water tubing outer dia 20mm, SDR-11 grade with plain CPVC SDR – 11 all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only in repairs Bib tap cast copper alloy, fancy type CP with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferule and fixed of size 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bib tap shall be issue under Schedule B as “free for fixing” only.

Fixing only in repairs 15mm dia Pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with or without lettered ‘Hot’ or ‘Cold’ with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed fancy type complete all as specified and as directed. Fixing only in repairs stop valves, cast copper alloy 15mm bore fancy type CP screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Stop wall shall be issued under Schedule B as “free for fixing” only

Fixing only in repairs Angle stop valve 15mm of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for CPVC pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Angle, stop valve shall be issued under Schedule B as “free for fixing” only

Fixing only in repairs PVC low level flushing cistern, 10 Ltrs capacity including float valve, chain, PVC flush pipe and connection to pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Flushing cistern shall be issued under Schedule ‘B’ as “free for fixing” only

Supply and fix brass chromium plated shower roses 125mm size with or without swivel joint including fixing to steel pipe, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 500 liters capacity rotational moulded double layers polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part – I including disconnecting old water tank complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (type C-2) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in paving, plinth protection, joint filled with bitumen sand mixer 50mm thick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for one layer of concrete 20mm thick comprises composition 50Kg cement 3 to 6mm chips 100Kg sand 50 kg mixed with sprayset SL 3 TO 2.5 by weight of cement and 12.5 to 16.5 ltrs of water mixed with admixture incl bonding agent and applying rust remiver and guniting with pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5Kg/Sqm

Supply and fix UPVC (SWR) branch piece, single (single Y) equal or unequal with access door, for 75mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.
