Dismantling of old ACSR conductor of any size/type from HT poles after proper taking of shutdown of respective feeder from respective power houses complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms/channel fixed on steel tubular poles carefully and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulator of any type and size from existing poles after opening nuts, bolts and removing from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling of old U/S rusted PCC pole/steel tubular poles of any size necessary disconnecting cables/over head conductor and removing unserviceable pole from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable GOD 11 KV and DO fuse unit of any type and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling HT Danger notice plate from existing position and removing from site complete all as specfied and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes, pier holes, laying of pipe and cables etc. but not exceeding 10 sqm on plan including dressing/trimming sides and levelling/ grading & ramming bottom of excavation and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing of excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50m and dispositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point complete as specified.

Material and labour for river sand, unwashed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of paymnet)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV, Type I, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade (earthed) cable size of 120 Sqmm, 3 core including laying in trenches, fixing on wall complete all as specified and directed. Make: - POLYCAB/ HAVELLS/KEI/FINOLEX.

Supplying & fixing 80mm nominal bore galvanised mild steel pipe/ tubing, light grade for protection of earth lead/ passing cable complete with all fittings, laid in trenches/ under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified of the following bore (Excavation & Earth work, Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers shall be measured and paid separetly)

M&L for auguring of hole suitable for passing 40mm to 100mm bore pipe in true horizontal position under road, PCC paths etc., by means of mechnical ring/ auger after doing ultrasound to prevent any damage to existing cables pipe line specified and directed coming in the route not exceeding 1.5mm in depth below existing surface level of road and not exc 30M in length complete all as a specified. Note: Pipe shall be measured and paid seperately under approprioate items and any damage to existing cables of any type shall be made good by the Bidder without any extra cost to department.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit termination outdoor type for HT 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for end termination joint suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 120 to 185 Sqmm size, 3 core complete with jointing material (Heat shrink type) with accessories and testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for switch air brake gang operated triple pole mechnically operated mounted on HT insulators (09 insulators type), single breaking tilting type and MS galvanised steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating upto 200 Amps 11000 volts complete, locking arrangement MS clamps, bolts and nuts and washers required size to suit load at site including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified.

Material and labour for switch air brake gang operated triple pole mechnically operated mounted on HT insulators (09 insulators type), single breaking tilting type and MS galvanised steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating upto 400 Amps 11000 volts complete, locking arrangement MS clamps, bolts and nuts and washers required size to suit load at site including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or of steel earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe light grade watering pipe 20mm dia GI light grade GI wire messed funnel, alternative layer of charcoal and salt, PCC chamber, recessed for and including RCC cover including all necessary excavation and earth work, earh strips connected to HT/LT equipment testing the earthing after completion all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Pt-I 2009 print, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing HT PCC cable route indicator of size 175mm x 150mm thick, 75 cm long and upper front side each indicator shall be embracing 4mm deep with words "HT CABLE" and two coats of synthetic enamel yellow and red paint along HT cable trench after every 50Mtr and corner & on any turnning, road crossing etc including planting in ground with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Suuply & Fixing 11000 Volts Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25X20cm size including taking down.
