Earth work excavation and depositing the soil on banks with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in loamy and clay soils like BC soils, red earth and mixture of gravel and soft disintegrated rock SS 20B including shoring, strutting, sheeting ,planking and dewatering cost of hire charges of T&P labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for foundations of building (APSS NO.308)
Collection, Supply and filling of HBG 2.36 mm and below from approved quarry to work site and stacking at work site to Dept. gauge for premeasurements including cost and convenyance of all material and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications. Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH
Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of RCC Spun / Vibrated Cast (Reinforced) Socket and Spigot pipes conforming to B.I.S. 458/2003 at ex-foctory (rate per metre of effective length) Excluding transportation & taxes and Conveyance of all weathered roads including loading, unloading and stacking (per metre of effective length).

Construction of Precast Cement Concrete Kerb with top and bottom width of 115 mm and 150 mm respectively 325 mm high and 600 mm length as shown in drawing in M20 Grade PCC Kerb stone laid in position to the required line level and curvaute. Joined with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement:3 Screened sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 12 mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete as directed by Engineer-in-charges Kerb stone size L:600mm x H:325mm, Bottom width 150 mm and top width 115 mm.
Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material confirming to Grading -VI of MoRT&H Table 400-1 & 400-2 of MoRT&H specification 401 (5th revision) including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site but excluding cost of seigniorage charges on materials and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Constructing 904.0 mm (3’0”) dia solid block masonry inspection chamber as per IS - 4111: Part- 1:1986 with cement mortar (1:6) prop using fly-ash blocks of 225 mm thick from approved source having a minimum crushing strength of 10 N/sq.mm including plastering with cement mortar 1:3prop; ½”thick both inside and outside fitted with 20” dia RCC manhole covers and frames including excavating pits up to a depth of 904 mm (3'-0") in all sorts of soils (excluding rock) and laying cement concrete (1:4:8) 150 mm thick using 40 mm HBG Metal and P.C.C. 1:2:4 benching and channel 100 mm thick as per Standard specification and including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, cost of seigniorage charges on all materials and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as per Standard specification.
Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 MORD (for use on Wet mix macadam) ,including contractors profit & Over head charges,but excluding Seigniorage charges & GST Complete .
Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion VG 10 Bulk grade 80/100 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and including contractors profit & Over head charges,but excluding Seigniorage charges & GST Complete
Providing and laying bituminous concrete VG 30 Bulk (60/70) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects For Grading-I (19 mm nominal size)
Manufacture supply delivery and fixing of MS gate of size 5x2.1m including cost and conveyance of hold pasts, all drops, all material and labour charges for fabrication and fixing for finished item of work.
