S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with tapping screws including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness in roof covering/wall, as specified etc complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 59 above herein before but plain sheet.

S& F Hallow PVC wall and ceiling lining consisting of 5 to 6 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet with fillets of width 20mm like L and U inclusive to make PVC frame for walls and ceilings including dismantling of old panelling, boardings of any description complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for weather boarding of second class soft wood, clean sawn, plain, 20mm thick or feather edged 15 mm to 20mm thick and fixed with 30mm lap to replace old or decayed boarding including dismantling wall and ceiling board of any description including cover fillets and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including cleaning dusting of new or previously untreated, priming surfaces of wood /ply wood base surfaces for wall, door, window, ventilator and ceiling not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, with Walling of random rubble stone uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6. Including demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on stone/brick masonry surfaces or other than fair faces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed

M & L applying two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered or un plastered wall surface including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed

M &L for second class soft wood as in scantling clean sawn fixed in position including dismantling of timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in sec, in any position, in unframed/framed complete all as specified and as directed
