M&L for providing water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc by applying cement slurry mixed with two component Elastomeric Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating. incl taking down existing treatment incl PCC as in sunken protion of WC and removing beyond the premises of site. The following procedures to be adopted during the execution of work :- (i) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. The layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (ii) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. The layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (iii) 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound. (iv) Provide 40mm dia light grade GI spout at the lowest point with 30cm projection beyond the out face of the wall. (v) Cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 20mm granded brick aggregates as in sunken portion of WC Notes : For Payment purpose, plan area of Sunken portion to be measured
