Cleaning /clearing & Maintenance of sewage lines, manholes including CI stacks, incl under ground sewage lines any depth by removing any type of blockage from sewage drain upto and including 300mm dia by rodding or any other means from manholes to manholes or from trap and flushing with water after cleaning including manholes. Sludge/sludge water to be disposed off through sludge in form of semi solid/loose state will be disposed off by burring with in any distance outside the periphery of defence land including taking off manhole covers and refixing the same after cleaning. The operation shall be executed/carried out as under. NOTE:- 1. The contractor shall keep the sewage line functionally throughout the contract period. Any kind of sewage cleaning device such as sewage cleaning Mechanical Pump / Vehicle including in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Material and labour for single component polymer modified repair mortar with compressive strength minimum 38 MPA at 28 days (ASTM C 109:99) and tensile strength minimum 2.5 Mpa (ASTM C 307) in a single coat @ including Applying epoxy bonding agent and making good with polymer modified plaster and micro concrete as required thickness over a coat of rust removing alkaline primer and match the finishing to the existing surface. Modified plaster 10mm to 20mm thick as per manufacturer instructions complete Make : Fosroc, Sikka or equivalent and finishing the surface by applying two coats exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) any shade or colour as approved over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The rate includes for chiselling of loose reinforced cement concrete from RCC structures like RCC Walls, Columns, beams, parapets, chajjas, landing slabs etc and necessary formwork and scaffolding to carry out work upto double storey bldgs.
