Routine maintenance of Fire Fighting System, Fire Alarm System by attending fault testing of system, Monthly checking /cleaning/ make serviceable of system etc. including replacement of unserviceable components/parts other than those mentioned in schedule “A” Part-II for Fire Fighting System, Fire Alarm System installed at TILOTAMA Building (G+12) comprising following:- (a) Main Fire Alarm Control Panel with each zone battery charger and 230 V power units. (b) Ionization type smoke detector, head detector, response indicator, manual call point and hooters etc. (c) All wiring & cable connections (d) Lead acid battery 12V/9AH Capacity. (e) all size pump/ jockey pump etc 100HP Main Fire Hydrant Pump Servicing & Testing (f) Testing of Electrical control panel of Fire Fighting System Water Pumps. (g) Testing of Pressure switch & Pressure Gauge. (h) Testing of all Sluice Valve, NRV & Air Release Valve. P.M. (j) Cleaning of fire pump house, motor pump, LT panel water pipe line, control valve smoke detector, manual call point, hooter etc with suitable cleaning materials.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Double door Hose box with painting with necessary fittings as per specification. Details: Fire Hose Cabinets shall be fabricated from 18 gauge MS Sheet with locking arrangement of size of hose cabinet shall be 800 X 600 X 250mm, with 4mm thick glass door, the painting of the hose cabinet shall be as described earlier. Each hose cabinet shall accommodet Hydrant valve. Two nos of 15 Mtr. long hosepipes & One no. of branch pipe with nozzle. The Fire Hose cabinet will have the legend "FIRE HOSE" painted prominently in the graphic style including taking down existing box all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in repair detectors complying with and type certified to EN - 45 Addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination Photoelectric /Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360.

Supply and fixing Sprinkler glass bulb type (Standard response) as per IS:15106/TAC guidelines 68 degree temperature rating pendent type.

M & L, testing for Aqua tech systems digital Water Level Indicators each five lever indicator , five sensor PPR pipe 20 mm and programmable timer complete including Ear thing rod , bazzaer HDPE pipe for sensor fittings , 05 Amps Electrical point and s/s combination accessories suitable for showing water level in operator room from under ground sump of capacity 2LG to 0.5 G etc size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and Fix Pressure gauge 100mm dia with ball valve of pressure 25 KG/Sqcm

M & L for cleaning of fire chamber / Valve Chamber in area and remove all debris / plastic etc from chamber and throughout outside of army area and painting of chamber plate red / Black colour including transport carrying debris complete all as specified and directed

Supply and replacement, installation, testing & commissioning of Micro processor based 2 wire fault tolerant loop, required loop networkable type 5 Loop (each loop accessing maximum 99 detectors and 99 modules ) fire alarm/detection control panel. The panel shall be able to give location of all fire/fault conditions of addressable units via the address codes. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch ON /OFF respective control module whenever any alarm is triggered. The panel shall have rectifier, Loop cards, 80 character L C D unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address and analog output.
