Supplying and applying Dr. Fixit New coat on primeseal roof surface in three different coats at 1 litre per 1.95 sqm . per coat laying fibre mesh with adhesive primer ( consuning 20 litre for 80 sheet of 3 x 10 m fibre mesh ) after 1 st coat of new coat 2nd coat of newcoat should be applied immediately after laying of fibre mesh 3rd coat of Dr. Fixit newcoat should be applied after allowing drying of the 2nd coat for 6 to 8 hrs. Boring ,providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement pile of specified diameter and length below the pile cap M 25 in cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified ,excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with catching and / or bentonite solution and the length of pile to be embeded in the pile cap etc. all completed (Length of the pile for payment shall be measured up to top of pile cap i/c dismantling of cast pile for 1.00 m at the top ).i) 600 mm diameter pile for 24.50 metre.

PUMPS AND ACCESSORIES

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of electrically driven high pressure centrifugal fire hydrant/sprinkler pump, suitable for automatic operation consicting of the following:

a. End suction centrifugal pumps, suitable for operation on 415 volts ±6%, 3 phase, 50 hz AC supply. The installation shall be complete with flexible coupling and ccoupling guard as required. Fire pump shall have CI casing, CS diffusers, bronze impeller (hard finised and dynamically balanced) and SS (304) shaft with machanical seal, capable for delivering 1620 LPM at outlet head 70mts to ensure a minimum pressure of 3.5kg/sqcm at the farthest or topmost hydrant/sprinkler. The installtion shall be complete with necessary pressure guage with gun metal shut off cock on delivery side (The pump should be tested and assembled for bench mark at factory).

b. Pump shall be capable of furnishing not less than 150% of rated capacity at a head of not less than 65% of the rated head. The shut off head shall not exceed 120% of rated head.

c. Squirrel cage induction motor, TEFC type suitable for operation on 415volts, 3 phase 50Hz A.C supply for the above pump with synchronous speed of 2900 RPM, conforming to IP 55 protection & class F insulation. The motor shall conform to IS 325-1978 (upto date) with flexible coupling and coupling guard, complete as required.

d. Common base plate for (a) and (b) from M.S. Channel for required size.

e. Suitable cement concrete foundation with cement concrete plaster (design and drawing to be provided by the Contractor which will be duly approved by the consultant before construction) complete with anti-vibration arrangement of cushy foot mountings.

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of deisel engine driven fire pump suitable for automatic operation comprising of the following and conforming to BS 649/IS 10002 all amended upto date.

The tank shall be fitted with magnetic oil lever indicator, MH with cover, drain valve, air vent including structural supports (painted with approved shade) 2 nos. x 12 volts battery, flexible coupling, coupling guard & exhaust pipe connection complete as required.
