RCC WORK

The moisture level present in the subfloor should be less than 8% before installation of the floor. The sheet should be laid using adhesive recommended by company.Each row of tiles/strip of floor covering must be linked crosswise with a continuous copper strip. Individual rows/strips must be at least 3 m² in size and linked to the rest of the area with a copper tape. In rooms of up to 40 m², connection points for equipotential bonding should be provided in at least one point in the room.

Supply and installation of PVC sheet flooring 2 metre wide and overall thickness of 2mm of Armstrong/ Forbo/ Polyflor. The product should be homogeneous and single layered. The wear surface shall consist of impregnated polyurethane homogeneous mixture of PVCwith DIAMOND 10 technology, Plasticizers without DOP, Urethane, color pigments and filler calendered to form a sheet. Installation- It is important to ensure the subfloor on which the sheet is being laid is smooth, flat, hard and free from moisture, grease etc. In case of uneven subfloor the same should be levelled using self leveling compound which will charged extra. The moisture present in the subfloor should be less than 8% before installation of the floor. dhesive. The installation shall be undertaken as per manufacturers installation instructions.

Providing and laying of 2 - 3 mm average thick layer of cementations smoothening compound of UZIN NC 149 sh or equivalent as recommended by the Vinyl sheet flooring manufacturer over and including a priming compound of UZIN PE 360 sh or equivalent as recommended by the Vinyl sheet flooring manufacturer and installation team on concrete surface to provide a smooth & homogenous surface for laying of vinyl sheet flooring complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

P&F flexible PVC sheet wall cladding in 1.00 mm thickness in the size of 1.5 x20mtr with PUR treatment. The wear surface shall consist of impregnated polyurethane homogeneous mixture of PVC, Plasticizers, Urethane, color pigments and filler calendared to form a sheet. Colors shall be dispersed throughout the thickness of the wear layer. ROOFING & WATER PROOFING WORK

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design

HVAC- WORK

Air Cooled Inverter Ductable Unit

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Air Cooled Invertor Split type Ducted Air conditioners suitable for R410A or eco-friendly refrigerant with evaporating unit comprising of cooling coil, blower with motor in Metallic (Steel) casing and condensing unit comprising hermetically sealed scroll compressor, condenser coil, and propeller fan. Unit shall be complete with controls, interconnecting copper refrigerant piping with insulation, Expension kit to connect with DX AHU, and electrical cabling etc. between evaporative and condensing unit, refrigerant gas and oil and complete as per specifications. The unit shall be suitable for operating on 240 volt, 1 phase, 50 Hz AC supply with five star energy rating. The units shall be suitable for chorded remote operation. The refrigerant piping & cabling shall run in PVC sleeve Steel supporting structure for outdoor units suitable for wall mounting / floor mounting.

Providing, fixing and testing of copper refrigerant piping of appropriate sizes duly insulated with nitrile rubber insulation of 19 mm thickness. The pipes plus nitrile rubber insulation and cable are to be covered with PVC flexible conduits for protection.

Note: Providing and fixing of Powder coated M.S. angle iron frame work/Masonary Pedastal with required anti-vibration mounting for outdoor unit is also included in the above scope. Contractor to submit design/Scheme for Iron frame and obtain approval of engineer/employer before proceeding purchase & installation.

Nitrogen pressure testing for refrigerant pipe leakages & flushing during installation & after commissioning between IDU & ODU with flare nuts. Refrigerant gas & oil charging as per OEM standard.

Necessary corrosive treatment of copper coil of the ODU with Aluminium hydroxide, 25 microns thickness or equivalent coating as per manufacturer standard to protect from corrosion, sulfur and other chemical contaminants present in the air. The coating should be done in the presence of OEM represantative. The coating shall be carried- out by the authorized applicator of coating manufacturer.

SITC Providing and applying Antibacterial Paint: The internal surfaces of the room.walls will be sprayed with water based liquid plastic, wall glaze or equivalent anti- bacterial paint, approved by the architect to a minimum dry film thickness of 300 microns. The plastic coating will overlap the floor covering ceiling system and doorframes by 25mm to provide a continuous sealed surface. The plastic coating will be non- reflective and the Colour will be submitted to the architect for approval.

200 KVA With AMF Panel

Supply, Fixing, testing and Commissioning of Exhaust gas piping system of Class `B' MS pipe as per IS:1239 for upto 150 mm dia and for 200 mm dia & above MS pipe as per IS:3589 with welded joints, cut to required lengths with necessary bends, fittings, flanges, painting over primer coat, with rock wool insulation of minimum 75 mm thick of 150 Kg per cu M density on all sides of exhaust pipe, with chicken mesh wrapping and 26 SWG aluminium sheet cladding complete as required. The aluminum foil should be tightly cladded to insulation surface of pipe. The aluminum cladding shall be locked with sheet metal screws with other sections of aluminium foil. The measurement shall be done on the basis of centre line. (Stack height should be in accordance with emission regulations of CPCB, which will go well above the top most terrace) The exhaust piping system should be suitable for upto 550oC temperature, the surface temperature of exhaust pipe shall not exceed more than 60oC. (The rates are exclusive of support structure) (Note - Final size of exhaust pipe will be confirmed by the DG vendor after calculating the actual back pressure and submit the same to
