12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side smooth surface of brick wall after racking out the joints including watering wall curing, etc. complete with cost conveyance royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of 0.50mm thick G.C.I coloured sheet in roof including, fixing of ridges, windties etc. complete including cost of G.C.I coloured sheet and ridges of approved quality as necessary for the work including drilling holes in windties including cost L-hook and washer etc. complete. G.C.I coloured sheet and ridges of approved quality to be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.

Supplying fitting and fixing W.I. grills, Grills gates, M.S. gates as per approved drawing & designed including marking holes in brick & R.C.C. structures, wood work etc. and marking good to the damages to walls with cement concrete of prop 1:2:3 with black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm size (20mm size not to exceed 25%) complete in all respects W.I. grills, gates M.S. gates screws & other required materials of approved quality will be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.

Supplying fitting and fiixng of stainless steel round shaped 600 mm dia concertina coil wire including tansportation , all cost etc completed and as per the direction of EIC.

Supply fitting and fixing of iron barbed wires including transportation, all cost etc completedand as per the direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Ceramic Tiles of minimum 16mm thick and above 0.10 sqm of approved make in dadoes, skirting and risers of nsteps laid on 12 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement : 3 course sand) jointed with slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. complete including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
