Special Repair to Pindapadar to Mankadaguda of Dasmantpur Block for the year 2025-26.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MoRD Specification for Rural roads Clause 201 by manual means as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber the voids with small stones and hand packing the same to proper camber, applying and brooming requsite type of screening / binding materials filling up interstices of coarse agreegate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge work etc all complete including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with all labour and T & P etc complete.

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressere distributer @0.20kg / sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular suerface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H specification for road & bridge works.

Providing , laying & applying Priming coat / tack coat with Bitumen including cost conveyance of all materials etc complete

Providing , laying semi dence bituminious concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, primixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penitration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostaic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level on the alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works etc.complete as per direction of EIC.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with lead and lift transporting to site by mechanical means within lead of 5kms, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 and clause 305 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works etc complete as per direction of EIC.

C.C(1:3:6) using 40 mm HG Crusher Broken Metal in luding cost conveyance taxes etc. complete including watering, curing with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete.(7.1)In Foundation

Cement concrete work of M-30 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting and laying etc with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Finishing Wall with Water Proofing Cement paint Two coat over a coat of cement wash of approved shade on new work including all cost of cement paint etc, Complete.

Providing, fitting, fixing & writting of Km stone, 200mtr stone & cautinary sign board etc all complete as per direction of EIC.(10.1)KM Stone
