(c) Any changes to the programmable logic controller (PLC) e.g. changes in ladder logic of programme, changes in operational timing, etc. (limited to the scope of items covered under this AMC) (d) Any changes to the SCADA software, e.g. cchanges in report format, changes in operational screens, creation of soft keys etc. (limited to the scope of items covered under this AMC) (e) SCADA reports related to all the systems to be mailed to AGE/JE on every week. (f) To attend break down maintenance immediately and replacement of unservicable spare parts as required at site as directed by AGE/JE.

(iv) The quoted rate shall also include cleaning and maintaining the surrounding of the installation building in such manner like model installation (v) Minor repair for leakage by providing gland packing, replacement of flange gasket and maintenance of control panel/ pumping set including replacement of rewireable fuses, piece of wire of any guage or size, tightening loose connections etc. of pump house shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for spray painting of DG sets of capacity upto and including 160 KVA (in situ) any type, installed and located at different sites in scattered area at SI line complete all as specified and directed including the following: - (a) Removal of burnt grease,dust, oil and other contaminants using de-greasing solvent. (b) De-rusting of surface and cleaning manually by scrubbing by brushing. (c) Washing thoroughly and dry properly. (d) Applying one coats of primer by spray machine. (e) Final painting of two coats with super glossy synthetic enamel paint as recommended by OEM through spray machine over priming coat. (f) The colours of painting shall be as per existing colour matching including writing SM/ MES No at top of the corner of the body.

Dismantling and taking down radiator assy from engine of any capacity for repairs including descaling, bracing as necessitated to plug leakages, M&L for transporting of the radiator of capacity 30-160 KVA and repair/maintenance to the radiator fins with the help of cleaning coil solution and cleaning to the radiator complete and repair to the leakage places by means of gas welding and including initial filling up coolant and re-fixing after repairs including replacement of worn out nut bolts, washers etc; and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and removing fuel injection pump from DG set for repairs including re-calibration at authorised service centres, replacement of necessary spare parts such as delivery valves, plunger, 'O' ring, springs etc and refixing, testing complete all as specified and directed of the following capacity:-
