Maintenance and repairs to the SI Office at Devanga Higher Secondary School Road in Ward No. 70

1. Dismatling existng damaged Floor finish & dadooing walls in cement mortar with Mosaic Tiles / Glazed Tiles / Clay Tiles / Cuddapah Slabs as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete

2.Dismantling the existing damaged Plain Cement Concrete as per the instruction of Departmental officers etc., complete

3.Dismantling the existing damaged brick work in Cement mortar as per the instruction of Departmental officers etc., complete

4.Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 cum. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 10m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

5.Refilling with excavated earth including watering and ramming and making the surface to the existing ground level.

6.Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

7.BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using best quality of second class (Ground moulded) bricks of size 9"x4 ½"x3" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

8. Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

9.Plastering the exposed surface of RCC works in cement mortar 1:3 mix 12mm thick with standard specifications.

10.PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5(one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

11.Paving the floor with Vitrified Floor Tiles of size 60 X 60cm of approved brand and colour Marbonite tiles in all floors base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick using first quality Marbonite tiles of size 60 X 60cm and point with colour cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and to alignment etc., complete complying with standard specification

12.Flooring finishing with first quality design ceramaic tiles of all colours of size 305cm X 305cm X 6mm laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 20mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.30 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete - 10 m2

13.Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride)Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the sizeof outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will beprovided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be weldedand cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or browncolour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter andit should not allow leakage of water even at most rangingstorms and should have key lockable action, securityprotective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size forarresting noise and energy loss. 14.Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter.

15.Supplying and fixing of position of Indian make white glazed earthwere wash basin 550mm x 400mm with all accessories such as cost Iron brackets, 32mm dia C.P.1 Waste coupling, coupling, Rubber plug and chain, 32mm dia 'B' 4322.40 Nos class, G.I. Waste pipe, 15mm dia, G.M.Wheel valve, 15mm dia Nylon connection, 15mm dia Brass Nipples, 15mm C.P. pillar tap etc

16.European Water Closet (white ) with 'P' or 'S' Trap with Double Flapped seat and seat cover with Brass Highes and 10 litre capacity PVC low level flusing tank with all internal fittings

17.Wash Hand Basin of size 550mm x 400mm with all accessories such as Cast Iron Brackets, 32mm dia CP Waste Coupling, Rubber Plug and Chain, 32mm dia ‘B’ Class GI Waste Pipe, 15mm dia GM Wheel Valve, 15mm dia Nylon Connection, 15mm dia Brass Nipples, 15mm CP Pillar Tap etc (White without Pedastal)

18. Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank (1000 Litre)as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,

19.Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm(22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid Pipe concealed in wall and celling with PVC accessories with TW Switch box in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for pvc concealed light point/fan point (SD26)

20.Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid Pipe concealed on wall and celling with PVC accessories, In flush with wall, with 150mmx100mmx113mm TW switch box wall 3mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of.14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point (SD38)

21.Wiring with 2x4 sqmm(56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.conductor of 1100V grade in suitable Pipe on wall and celling with PVC accessories with 150mmx100mmx63mm TW switch box for 15 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour, with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC power plug point. 22.Supply and fixing of Single box type 4’40W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting (SD-88)

23.Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire with painting of suitable colour.(SD-56)

24.Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48”) AC ceiling fan complete with energy efficient fan of 28 W Regulator with 0.3 m down rod on existing clamp approved brand and good quality as per the departmental officers instruction etc.,Complete (SD 108)

25.Painting with first quality emulsion paint two coats including thorough cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and including necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., completed
