Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards ( fibre, pulp, insulation etc or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets any thickness including cover filletts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing & fixing false ceiling at (a) all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre With Semi With fully Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of perforated perforated 12mm Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, 12mm thick micro tegular design and patterns having moisture micro tegular edged or 1.00 mm content less than 2%, humidity resistanceedged GRG thick square edged of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS false ceiling GRG false ceiling 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS tiles 4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter?locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main?T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of s1ze 600x 600mm , suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 100mm length and L?shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in?Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free of size 350x250 x 7 /450x350x7mm (Ist quality/Premium quality), in vertical surfaces such as riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, over and including rendering 10mm thick as bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles (1st quality/ premium quality) 7 to 8mm thick, (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0 .11 Sqm but not exc 0.18Sqm as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured or white cement to match the colour of tiles as in floor laid over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick Vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade double charged (square/recangular) area of each tile n exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick Vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade double charged (square/recangular) area of each tile exc 0.42 Sqm but not exceeding 1.00sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laid jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing all complete as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC(1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( 20mm graded stone agg) 50 mm thick as in floor,coping etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick sand cushioning laid dry to the profile under interlocking block complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 60mm thickness,with minimum compressive strength of 35N/sqmm (M-35 grade) without correction factor for chamfering,made in rubber moulds with 0.50mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface,with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20-25mm thick plastic coated coloured chequered tiles,area of each tile exc 0.05sqm but n.exc 0.09sqm with and incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) of approved colour and pointing with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor outdoor coloured vitrified paving tiles ,textured surfaces with high skid resistance ,scratch resistance,impact resistant,joint free(edge cut) of size 300mm x 300mm x 8-10mm thick as in floor etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5.00mm thick single side prelaminated PVC sheet inclusive of insolvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed . Note:-incl Taking down of existing switch board/tube light etc and refixing the same at same location.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC beading 5mm thick of any shape and design fixed with adhesive paste all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PVC wall profile for wall panelling colour/shade as approved of size250mm wide,08mm over all thick with 1mm wall thickness fixed with screw fixed to walls etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-Quoted rate shall be deemed Including taking down of existing switch board/tube light etc and fixing the same on same location.

M&L for PVC profile corner beading L/T type of 5mm thick for wall panelling, colour/shade to match with wall panelling complete,all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L 20mm thick Granite telephonic black (of any type) tiles machine cut, fixed in skirting/ dado laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall, ceiling etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on any faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls & finishing the surface even and fair at any location in any area including repairing in patches at parapet, facing, fins, etc if any required at site for entire completion of work etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished fair at any location in any area including repairing in patches at parapet, facing, fins, etc if any required at site for entire completion of work all as specified. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch ‘A’.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on ceiling surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of walls (external surfaces) and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) in camouflage pattern, as per manufacturer instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing & applying average 1mm thick of Birla/ JK wall care putty over prepared surface to achieve the surface even and smooth for painting, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two or more coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint in normal pattern/camouflage pattern by diluting of water (as per manufacturer direction) on old wall surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . Note :-The quoted rates shall be inclusive of application of primer to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means) incl cleaning of existing windows/doors/floor etc.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling applying three coat of white wash by using mechanical device complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted all as directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel (Grade 304) railing/Gate/frame are made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding,buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
