Attending day to day external water supply compliants of all nature i.e. leakage in water supply pipe lines, fittings/fixture, over flow of overhead tank, no water supply compliants including ( excavation work due to no water supply ) from various areas as per compliant register etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Note ;- Ser No . 1 The rates quoted by the contractor shall also deemed to be included for the following. :- (i) The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of matric qualified having minimum 03 years experienced electrician/Plumber as applicable assisted with adequate No of helpers complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) The complaints shall be attended & defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 50/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from contractor's dues. (iii) In case , after checking & attending the defect, it is not possible to rectify the defect within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in-charge by the contractor/his rep. If Engineer-in- charge is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made.

(iv) While attending the complaint of water supply if earth work is required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A'. However , no extra payments shall be made for dewatering (v) Cutting of GI pipe in position and threading is also deemed to be included in the job rate (Fittings and fixtures will be measured and paid separetely under respective items of sch A. (vi) All T&P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra. (vii) The Pipe Fitter shall always be in possession of die set complete with cutters,Taps, Pipe wrench ,Chain wrench, Caulking tools, complete set of spanners and ladders etc ,as required at site. (viii) The Electrician shall always in possession of all Electrician tools, LT Megger, Earth Tester, Multimeter , Crimpling tool, insulation tape, Hand gloves etc required at site. (ix) Rate for taking down/out existing & fittings & fixtures and refixing to make it functional shall be into account.

Surface dressing of uneven surfaces of natural ground, rough excavated surfaces not exceeding 15 cm deep and filled area where ordered shall be trimmed to an even surface horizontal or stopping, by removing vegetation and by scrapping high patches and filling low patches with the scrapping soil to given an even and neat look to the site complete all as specified and as directed

Testing of drinking water being collected from local source (bore wells/shallow wells/under ground sumps) in the area under AGE(U) W/S No I and submission of detailed test reqport to the office of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500-1991 mandatory for chemical colour, odour, taste, tubidity, PH value TDS total hardness, iron, chloride, fluride and residual free chlorine and Bacteriological total Collie from organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E Collie in 100 ml) and to this office with specific recommendation regarding suitability of water for drinking purpose. (ii) Collection of water from different sources of water ie Sump, bore wells & shallow wells in sterilized bottle and testing in Govt Approved laboratory as mentioned in specification. Note :- Rate quoted shall also deemed to be included for the followings : - (i) Cost of sterilized battle as required. (ii) To and for transportation charges for collection of samples from source(sump/bore well/shallow wells)
