M&L for 16 to 20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in vertical surfaces such as dado/ skirting/pillars/risers of stair case etc jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Material & labour for granite (of any type) work, 20mm thick machine cut (table rubbed and polished) in steps jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, shelves in cupboard, handwash places and like including necessary cutting and grooving to walls and making good including 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) screed bed or bedding layer and pointing with cement mortar (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for green marble (of any type) work 16 to 20mm thick machine cut (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like including pointing in cement mortar (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade over and ncluding 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding/moulding to edges of kota stone slabs, marble stone, granite stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform , and other similar situations etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protections and path etc finishing the concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement & joint filled with bitumen sand mixer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised iron tubes 15mm bore, medium grade with & including all fittings fixed to wall, ceilings and or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and including provision of galvanized mild steel wire complete all as specified.
