TTPS Mech II BM Unit IV V Attending breakdown works in ESP and clearing of Ash powder fire hazardous materials around ID fans and attending breakdown works in FG duct of Unit IV V for the period from 01 04 2026 and upto 31 03.2027

Charges for removal of field shortage by snapping of field emitting electrodes and normalizing the field.

Charges for removal of field shortage by repositioning of displaced collecting plate at the top and bottom and normalizing the field.

Charges for changing the bend shock bar guide with a new one or removing the Bend in the shock bar guide, aligning and welding of shock bar guide.

Charges for removal of the ash accumulated in the collecting and emitting rapping gear boxes and its floor in ESP’s, arresting of oil leakage if any, removal of oil spillage and removal of foreign material in that area in one Unit ESP including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's.

Charges for renewal /reconditioning of worn out grip coupling in the Emitting rapping gear box, such as removal of base bolts of emitting rapping gear box, lifting and leading the gear box with stand to ESP roof floor, removal of grip coupling from the gearbox shaft (top) and emitting rapping (bottom) shaft and fixing new grip coupling / after reconditioning the same in the gear box shaft and emitting rapping shaft, fixing the gear box in its position, aligning the gear box etc., complete including charges for consumables & T&Ps

Charges for disconnecting and removal of defective EERM Gear box from its position at 32Mtr height and removal of coupling. Fixing of coupling in the spare gear box / after recondition the same lifting positioning, fixing in its position and normalising for smooth operation.

Charges for disconnecting and removal of defective CERM Gear box from its position at 15 Mtrs height and removal of coupling. Fixing of coupling in the spare gear box / after recondition the same lifting positioning, fixing in its position and normalising for smooth operation.

Charges for overhauling the emitting rapping gear box, such as separating the twin gear box, dismantling primary gear boxes, cleaning thoroughly, inspecting, changing the bearings & oil seals if necessary, assembling both gear box, dismantling secondary gear box, cleaning thoroughly, inspecting, changing the bearings if necessary, oil seals and assembling & mounting the coupling to the shaft after renewal of bearings including cost of bearings and other consumables and hire charges for T&Ps etc

Charges for reconditioning the collecting electrodes by patch welding etc., completely

Charges for bend removal by hot correction including cutting gas, scaffolding arrangements etc.

Charges for cutting and removal of damaged/ worn out collecting plate from the field and normalizing the field including cost of consumables & T&P's.

Charges for cleaning the deposited fly ash in between the shaft insulator and body, support insulator and body, cleaning the drive shafts, bearing assembly, alignment checking, assembling.

Charges for fixing of U Guides / lock plates or by other means and repositioning the collecting plates including charges for consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for clearing of ash powder/fire hazardous materials such as oil soaked cotton wastes, wooden pieces, from around both ID Fan pedestal and its ducts for one Unit.& Charges for water washing of debris and ash powder in '0' Mtr. around both ID Fan and its ducts for one Unit.

Charges for transporting of 6mm M.S. Chequered plates from Central Stores to Flue gas duct of Unit IV & V Boiler area, cutting into required size, leading, lifting, positioning on the eroded portions of above 1.5 meter side wall portion of the duct and welding the same.

Charges for lifting, leading and refixing the dislocated guide vane wall of size 1179 x 1000 mm in its correct location as per the instruction of site Engineer including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps

Charges for lifting, leading and refixing the dislocated guide vane wall of size 1179 x 903 mm in its correct location as per the instruction of site Engineer including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps

Charges for lifting, leading and refixing the dislocated guide vane wall of size 1294 x 1253 mm in its correct location as per the instruction of site Engineer including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps
