Improvement to right flood bank of river Ghodahada near Village Tileswar.

Clearing and grubbing proposed embankment land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shurbes, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlire and disposal of top organic material not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including unserviceable materials to be used or auctioned with all leads, lifts & delifts on premeasurement including all cost of labour, T&P, cess etc complete excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Loosening, leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of earth, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction & clause 305 of MoSRT & H specification for road and bridge work & including all cost of labour, T&P, machineries, cess, taxes of all materials excluding GST etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, collecting, stacking and admixing good quality of moorum & Sand (70% : 30%) including conveying from stacks and spreading in sub-base in layers not exceeding 225mm watering and compacting to the required density in OMC with PRR including cost and conveyance of sub base materials etc complete with royalty, DMF,EMF,additional charges cess, taxes and T&P with all leads, lifts and delifts and all labour etc required for the work complete in all respect but excluding GST and as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement shall be taken on finished level section)

Providing and laying moorum in layers not exceeding 225 mm watering and compacting to the required density in OMC with PRR excluding cost and conveyance of sub base materials etc complete with royalty, DMF,EMF,additional charges cess, taxes and T&P with all leads, lifts and delifts and all labour etc required for the work complete in all respect but excluding GST and as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting I.R.C. Grade -II stone aggregates (of size 63mm to 45mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming screened dust of approved quality as binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost,conveyance, royalty,DMF, EMF, Additional charges and Workers Welfare Cess with all leads, lifts, all labour etc. required for the work complete in all respect, but excluding GST as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of design mix of M15 grade grade having specified characteristic compressive strength of 15N/mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S. – 516 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 20mm down graded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture with mixing concrete in batching plant, conveying the same by transit mixers and placing in position for structures etc. with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalty, DMF, EMF, additional charges, taxes of all materials excluding GST, but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means placing in proper place and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing , T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization and working of machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismantling them after casting with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.5 cm layers and watering upto OMC condition and compaction with sheep foot rollers and dozers to required density with all leads, lifts and delifts including royalty of earth, all labour charges, T&P, hire and running charges of all the machineries including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul roads and borrow area, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement of the fill to be taken on the finished compacted section under OMC condition by level section)

Fine dressing and turfing the slopes to proper line and grade with compact dub grass with all leads, lifts & delifts including watering until the green growth of grass, all labour charges, T&P, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments to designed thickness and slope using 15 cm to 30 cm size hard broken granite stone of approved quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin and any other deleterious materials including filling the interstices with small stones, spalls etc and wedging with hammer and placing the surface to proper line and level, fixing key stones including dewatering, if any with all cost, labour, conveyance and all leads and lifts, royalty, DMF,EMF,additional charges, cess, T&P, taxes of all materials excluding GST etc complete in all respect as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer- in- charge.
