Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type of soil, for laying electric cables or foundation of poles/ stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches beyond 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 3 m deep for foundation of poles/stay etc including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Steel tubular swaged pole with cast iron base plate finial tapper plug, bolts nuts and screws and specified type 410-SP-31 ( 09 mtr long) in truly vertical position 1.5 m length of pole above ground level shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in strips of 30 cm width, black and yellow alternatively and painting with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on rest part of pole and its connected parts complete all as specified.( Note -Excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separately )

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 Mtr and depositing the soil where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.50 (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in or as mass concrete in foundation of poles/ stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-10 (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in or as mass concrete in foundation of poles/ stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate for coping to pole foundation including necessary form work with fair finished surface.

GI pipes/ Tubes, 'light grade', galvanised, 100mm bore, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts and washers; for protection of electric cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable/ rusted structural steel in cross arms and replacement with new mild steel in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

PVC insulated FRLS cable with PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade, size 2.50 Sqmm, three core for connection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

PVC insulated FRLS cable with PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade, size 4.0 Sqmm, four core for connection, complete all as specified.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised cast iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.3mm thick buried directly in ground less than 3.0m deep below normal ground level as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.25mtr below ground level using GI strip 32x6 mm dia as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of welding, GI thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade15mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and RCC pit cover with handle of angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt and kalmi shore all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil remaining surplus excavated material all as required at site and specified in EP No 3 of SSR part I 2009 or directed by Engineer-in-charge and incl testing on completion. NOTE :- (i) Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5 m long GI strip of size 32x6mm with protection pipe of 40mm dia GI medium grade, any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates enhanced by 25%. (ii) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level. connecting to the GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolls, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering , perforated at bottom. 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate. charcoal and common salt filling with fixing arrangement, funnel wire mesh and earth work in soft soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters all as per electrical plate 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 1,50,415.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.
