SH-I: Operation & Maintenance.

Operation and Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations in Terminal Building, City Side Area, Residential Colony, CISF Barrack, Transmitting Station, including preventive & breakdown maintenance by engaging minimum manpower as per tender condition for operation, maintenance and office assistance works complete as required.

First Year (2022-23)

Carrying out work as per CPWD DSR 2018 Electrical (Internal & External) as and when required as per site condition (Rates inclusive of price escalation in DSR 2018). [If the agency wants to quote the rates at par with CPWD SR (Electrical) 2018 then 1.00 should be written in the Column box of Rate, If agency wants to quote 5% below to the rates of CPWD SR (Electrical) 2018 than 0.95 should be written in the column box of Rate, If agency wants to quote 5% above to the rates of CPWD SR (Electrical) 2018 than 1.05 should be written in the column box of Rate. This information is only for guidance purpose to the contractor for filling up rates for this item only. However contractor is free to quote the rates any percentage above / below or at par with the rates of CPWD SR (Electrical) 2018].

SH-II: Water Supply Works

Rewinding of following capacity, 415Volt 50 Hz AC supply bore well submersible pump motors including replacement of bearing, bush, servicing, transportation charges to and from site etc. complete as required.

Lifting & lowering of following capacity submersible pump including its connected pipe, cable, making water proof joint in submersible cable, hiring of chain pulley block, labour etc. complete as required.

Providing water supply test point for checking the output water pressure of the main delivery pipeline (90mm OD GI) of submersible pump by providing required size Preasure Gauge, Tee, Two Nos. Ball Valves for controling the flow of both outgoing branches of the Tee, required short piece, union/flanges, gaskets and other necessary accesories & consumables including necessary cutting, welding, jointing etc. complete as required as per site requirement.

SH-III: AMC of Smart Energy Meter

Annual Maintenance Contract of Smart Energy Meter (HPL Make, 1-Ph/3-Ph LPRF Type) through OEM/Authorized Agency including cloud database rental & software maintenance, annual data recharge of DCU, necessary repair, rectification of the meter and peripheral hardwares like DCU,repeater,any other accessories etc. complete as required for online monitoring & billing of electricity consumption including mimum one site visit per quarter and submission of report.

SH-IV: Airport Decoration works

Provision of decorative lighting in Tri-Colors i.e Green, White & Saffron on the Facia of Terminal Building and other ancillary buildings of Dibrugarh Airport with following lighting items complete as required for 05 days per occassion / Job on Independence Day / Republic Day / other occassion as per the direction of EIC.

200 Nos. High lumen LED series lighting chain of desired colour and pattern (minimum chain length 5 mtr and uniform spacing between chains not more than 0.75 mtrs.)

20 Nos. RGB LED Facade/ Disco / Flood light fittings (minimum 100W output power) with desired colour and lighting pattern

Providing Tri-Colored Arch for gates of Terminal Building Depature Entry and Arrival Exit : Tricolor (saffron, white and Green) cloth decoration along with Tri-color balloons.

SH-V: Supply of Electrical Spares for day to day maintenance (to be ordred as and when required)
