Desludging underground sewage sump at STP, R Center & Chinar Sump near MES colony incl removing away sludge to a distance not less than 50 metre including burying sludge into pits and covering pits with excavated earth with cleaning of pump house inside and surrounding at a distance of 3 mtr radius all around by removing of all vegitation, bushes, mud, dirt, dust etc and shift to a distance not exceeding 50 meter including cleaning of pump and motors and applying two coats of white wash to pump house internally after preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Quoted rates shall also include for excavation of pits for burying sludge and removing of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter. (ii) T&P, man power, labour & transportation charges etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Desludging underground dry filter bed, taking out coarest bed pebbles and removing away sludge to a distance not less than 50 metre including burying sludge into pits and covering pits with excavated earth and including cleaning surrounding of filter bed to a distance of 3 mtr radius all around by removing of all vegitation, bushes, mud, dirt, dust etc and shift to a distance not exceeding 50 meter including cleaning existing surfaces, incl refilling the filtration bed with clean coarest bed pebbles after cleaning the existing coarest bed pebbles of existing size and top up the pebbles (filter media) and repair/ palastering damage portion of valve chamber/ filter bad complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Quoted rates shall also include for excavation of pits for burying sludge and removing of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter. Supply & laying Broken stone boulders Aggregate for loose filling, of gauge 40 mm to 80 mm graded complete all as specified and directed .

Complete dismantling of pump and motor set with base frame after disconnecting all mechanical and electrical connection of 60 HP capacity, kept aside and dismantling of existing PCC foundation and M&L for new foundation as per manufactures specification & existing specifications with providing precast solid building blocks masonry in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in CM (1:4) and refixing of pump & motor set along with making all electrical & mechanical connections, complete all specified and directed.

Supply only Nuts & bolts with 2 Nos. washer of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only coupling Nuts & bolts with 2 Nos. washer of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Removing & Scraping existing paint, oil from body of Motor & Pump set, base frame including all exposed portion of pump set, preparing surface and spray (workshop premixed paint) painting the pump set of 12.5 HP to 30 HP capacity complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Colour code of paint shall be decided by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing & Scraping existing paint, oil from body of Motor & Pump set, base frame including all exposed portion of pump set, preparing surface and spray (workshop premixed paint) painting the pump set of 50 HP to 100 HP capacity complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Colour code of paint shall be decided by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for wiring of voltmeter or ammeter with copper conductor single core 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface dessing not exc 15 cm deep cleaning of surrounding of sewage/ drainage installation by cutting vegeation, bushes, grass etc. and surface dressing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repacement die-cast resin CT for digital Ammeter, ratio of CT, complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of biochemical oxygen demand and chemical oxygen demand report from the approved lab complete all as directed. Note: Test report shall be submitted alonwith RAR and FB.

M&L for painting of LT 09 mtrs long steel pole with cross arm and clamp of any length and shape for LT over head line with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of existing surfaces and marking pole No. in a 15 cm dia yellow circle and marking 03 Nos. black and 02 Nos. white bands/ strips with 30 cm wide fluorescent paint from bottom of pole up to 1.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including dismantling old cross arms complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cast iron non return valve flanged ends heavy duty suitable for 200mm dia pipe including 6mm thick 2 Nos rubber insertion ring, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable sluice valve flanged type long body type of cast iron both ends flanged and drilled holes of size 200 mm dia class I conforming to IS-14848 :2000 with pressure rating PN 1.6 with spindle and iron wheel head with GI nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

Suppply & Laying in topping up of river fine oval sand of size 1mm to 2mm in thickness for loose filling, for 10 Nos filter beds not more than 10 cm in thick layer complete all as specified and directed.
