Repairs, replacement, modification to the existing pump foundation by way of dismantling of existing MS Pump motor foundation. A. The job includes replacement of damaged portion of MS 6” channel with some modification, fabrication to accommodate another pumping unit for its installation from available steel as per the details under :- ISMC 150mm 6mtr long ,@16.4kg/m= 98.4 kgs B. Dismantling/modification/fabrication of existing suction and delivery system by way of utilizing available 100mm dia 6mtr long GI Pipe for Suction/delivery system for the installation of new pumping unit. C. The job includes P/F of B-Class medium size 100mm dia GI bends-4 Nos D. P/F of 100mm dia DI Non Return Valve - 2 Nos. of reputed make E. P/F of 80mm dia DI Non Return Valve of Rating 1.6- 2 Nos. F. Fitting of already available 80mm dia Sluice Valve on the delivery system, including p/f of 80mm dia 12mm thick flanges (4 Nos) along with allied items like nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. complete in all respects. G. Repairs/replacement to the existing 150 mm dia GI common manifold by way of welding at cracked spots and replacement of 150 mm dia GI flanged Pipe by 6mtr (Available at Sub-Divisional store) for extension of the same. H. P/F of 150mm dia B-class medium size GI flanged bends- 2 Nos A. Connecting the pumping units with the common manifold and then testing of pumping units on load. B. The job includes transportation of available items from Sub-Divisional store to WSS Narbal. C. The job further includes painting of the manifold and pipes complete in all respects. Note: The whole work should be completed within 24 hours
