S & F inverter batten with square profile and polycarbonate channel lithium ion battery with charging time 8-10 hrs and back up time upto 4 hours, LED tube 20 watt including all connected items with connecting up with PVC insulated and sheathed, 1100 V grade, flexible, multistranded copper conductor three core cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB single pole and neutral 40 amps 240 volts 10 KA 'C' series all as specified. Make:- Havells cat part No-DHMGCSNF040 or Equivalent cat part of make as specified in list of make.

S&F MCB single pole 6 to 32 amps 240 volts 10 KA 'C' series, complete all as specified. Make:-Havells cat part No-DHMGCSPF006-032 or Equivalent cat part of make as specified in list of make.

S&F 4 mm dia galvanised steel wire, 75 mm x 75 mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling, complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of platform suitable for 100 KVA Transformer /Voltage stabilizer of size 2.0m x 2.0m x 1.2 m (Plateform shall be made out of brick masonary) one feet below ground level and one feet above ground level hollow space and to be filled by PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 foundation below ground level), made out of 23cm brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6, (below ground level, hollow space to be filled hardcore of size n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thickness, watered and well rammed) & providing 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 as in floor of platform, plastering in CM 1:4, including protection with XPM, gate and chain link fencing, FI 50x6mm rail around the platform fixed with MS post of angle iron frame 50 x50 x 6mm upto 1.20m clear height, supports grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note;-Design of steel shall be approved by GE & Weight of gate should not less than 50 kgs.

Supply,installation,testing & commissioning outdoor type factory made assembled Diesel Engine driven generating set as per latest CPCB norms, conforming IS 10001/10002 and Alternator as per IS 133544 and canopy insulation conforming to UL94-HF1 class with silent (acoustic) enclosure with fully wired alternator AC for ambient conditions, for 100 KVA, continuous rating at 415 Volts adjustable at +/- 2.5 %, 0.8 power factor, 4 wire, 50 Hz +/- 1 %, 1500 RPM directly coupled with suitable capacity diesel engine liquid coolent based mounted on common base frame placed on and incl PCC platform with floor mounted fuel tank of adequate capacity with fuel lines, anti vibration pads, standard control & AMF panels and other accessories etc complete all as specified and directed consisting of following :- (A) Prime Mover : Adequate capacity diesel engine of standard design consisting of direct injection type multi cylinder horizontal, suitable for 100 KVA alternator, liquid cooled technology/water cooled conforming to BSS-649 suitable for prime duty gen set of minimum 120 BHP@ 1500 RPM as per latest IS/BSS with multi cylinders to drive independently , alternator as per site condition after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories, direcly coupled through coupling having overload capacity of 10 % for one hour in every 12 hrs continuous running mounted on base frame with following salient features and standard accessories for safe handling & operation of engine as under :

(a) The gen set should have capacity to run continuosly invariable load conditions for unlimited hours and should have a 110 % load capacity of 01 hours in every 12 hours of operation. (b) Air system inlet & exhaust comprising : Dry type paper element air cleaner, restriction indicator/vaccum indicator, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, silencer muftier. (c) Cooling system comprising (i) Radiator to suit ambient conditions. (ii) Cooling system piping. (iii) Thermostat (iv) Pressure cap (v) Coolant inhibitor and (vi) Engine driven fan. (d) Fuel system comprising (i) fuel pump low pressure type (ii) injectors (iii) Cartridge pipe filters primary and sencondary for fuel. (e) Governor :- Electronic Governor for A1 governig of engine speed from NO load to full load. (f) Lub oil system (i) Plate type lub oil cooler (ii) filters lubrication oil (iii) Digital oil pressure guage. (g) Fuel tank :- Draw out type integral fuel tank made of MS sheet (duly painted) of capacity min 100 ltrs or as recommended by manufacturer with level indicator in ltrs, provided with drain plug and air vent/ breather and inlet and outlet connection and cap tank tank be provided for 12 hour running on full load. (h) Electric starting system comprising :- (i) Electrical self starter 12 volts (ii) Engine driven battery charging alternator (iii) Cut out and (iv) suitable size of maintenance free battery with suitable connection terminals and leads for proper battery connection. (j) Digital type RPM Meter with hour meter. (k) Digital type coolant temp guage.

(ix) Safety alarm against high water temperature and low oil pressure (x) Bypass arrangement with rotary type switch AC-4 pole, 200 AMP rating to isolate AMF panel at the time of low voltage and from maintenace point of view. (xi) Auto change over complete with suitable size power contactor of size 200 Amps with tripping relay complete. (xii) Engine starting relay (xiii) Frequency stabilizer auto mechanism to maintain the supply. (xiv) Batter charger suitable to change the battery of 12 v/24 bolt DC with buck/boost system - 01 Nos best in class efficiency, Min harmonics interference vaccum pressure epoxy gel coating on the winding with following :- (xv) Insulation class ''H'' (xvi) Max valtage Dip at full load 0.8 pf lag- <16% (xvii) Max time to built up rated voltage at rated RPM - ,5 Sec provide engine reach the rated speed. Note : Any other part or accesories as prescribed by manufacturer for its good functional performance of suitable capacity. Mounting arrangement : Prime mover and alternator shall be mounted on skid mounting type base frame fabricated from ISMC channel or in sheet metal providing common bed for engine and alternator dierctly coupled together the base frame has provision for grouting on foundation bolt as well as fixing on vibration mount provision is made in base frame for tilting arrangement of DG set as recommended by manufacturer. The base frame shall have provision for mouting of acoustic enclosure. The base frame to have provision of lifting hook cnvenient lifting of complete set i.e along conopy engine and alternator controller :- (i) Microprocessor based with graphical LCD display. (ii) Best in class monitoring and diagnostic capabilities. (iii) Comunication configuration enabled.

Supply and fix centrifugal pump set with motor 40 HP(30 KW) stage 9, RPM 2900, impeller cast iron, 98 Mtr head with output 60 cum/hrs complete with coupling and foundation all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge. Make : Kirloskar, Model No of pump RKB 65/19 E 9 stage or equivalent make as specified in list of make.

Supply and fix oil immersed star Delta Starter of capacity 40 HP Motor, three phase, 415 Volt with thermal overload relay ,single phasing protection and free mechanism with single contact duly oil filled including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

S&F foot valve cast iron body, swing type 100 mm bore, rigid and sturdy design with minimum loss of head across the the valve perfectly flat seating surface for good seating, preventing entry of foreign body to pump through suction pipe, long service life conforming to IS 4038, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron air release valve with single air outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 100 mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains of size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.
