M&L XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty, Electric Cable with Aluminium Conductor, 1100 Volt grade, Cross-sectional area 70 Sqmm, 3½ Core, laid in Trenches/Ducts or Passing through Pipes or Fixing on Poles, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Necessary Earth works, Sand cushioning, Bricks protection & GI Pipe, etc. will be Measured and Paid separately under relevent Items.

M&L XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty, Electric Cable with Aluminium Conductor, 1100 Volt grade, Cross-sectional area 185 Sqmm, 3½ Core, laid in Trenches/Ducts or Passing through Pipes or Fixing on Poles, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Necessary Earth works, Sand cushioning, Bricks protection & GI Pipe, etc. will be Measured and Paid separately under relevent Items.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Supply & laying in Trenches Kiln burnt, Sub-class ‘B’ Bricks for Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

REPAIRS/MAINT TO LT EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATIONS

Dismantling unserviceable LT Steel Tubular Pole of any description and any size including Demolition Cement Concrete (if required on Ground) and Made Good disturbed Ground, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Unserviceable Pole will be dismantled at Ground Level and disturbed Ground will Made Good as directed for which Earthwork, Demolition Cement Concrete, etc. will not be Measured and Paid separately.

Dismantling Cross Arms, Mild Steel Channel, Angle Section, Flat Iron, Mild Steel Rod, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable/rusted GI Earth Wire, Cradles Guards of any size and shape at any Position from LT Electric Poles of any size and capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ACSR Conductor including Line Spacers of OH Electric Lines from LT Electric Poles of any size and capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stay Assembly complete of any description, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Unserviceable Stay Assembly will be dismantled at Ground Level and disturbed Ground will Made Good as directed for which Earth Works, Demolition of Cement Concrete, etc. will not be Measured & Paid separately.

M&L Cutting Existing Road not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth and not exc. 1.50 Metre wide including Making Good the Same with Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) 150mm thick on Top Layer, Returning, Filling in, Well Ramming and Levelling in Layers, etc. after Laying of Cable to match the Existing Surface Levels, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) 150mm thick will be Measured & Paid separtely under appropriate Item.

REPAIRS/MAINT TO DG SETS

M&L Repairs, Maintenance & Servicing to DG Set 30 KVA Capacity of MAKE : KIRLOSKAR, complete all as specified and as directed comprising with the following Works:- (a) Replacement of all Filters, Lubricating Oil. (b) Checking of Belt Tension, Battery Connections and Topping up Distilled Water (if required), External Bolts and Nuts and its Tightening, Safety Units and its Electrical Connections, Alternator Cable Connections, Engine Control Wirings. (c) Carry out necessary Tappet Clearance, if required. (d) Cleaning of Fuel Lines, Inlet Air Lines and Exhaust Liner Radiator Fins. (e) Check functioning of Changing Alternator. (f) Engine Safety viz. High Water Temperature Gauge, Oil Pressure Gauge, Oil Temperature Gauge and High Speed Gauge shall be checked for their functions and repaired/replaced if required. (g) Coolant Level and Conditioning of Coolant shall be checked and refilled if required. (h) The Governor shall be Checked and Tuned for Proper Functioning. (j) Check for Leaks if any and shall be rectified. (k) The Engine shall be Run on NO LOAD or at AVAILABLE LOAD, Check any Leakage and Abnormal Noise. If any such abnormality Noticed the same shall be Diagnosed and Remedial Action shall be taken to removed the casues. NOTE:- (a) Spare Parts, Consumable Items such as Distilled Water, Lube Oil, Grease, etc. will be Measured & Paid as 'Supply only' under appropriate Items. (b) Quantitites mentioned here-in-after are Provisional.

(b) Checking of Belt Tension, Battery Connections and Topping up Distilled Water (if required), External Bolts and Nuts and its Tightening, Safety Units and its Electrical Connections, Alternator Cable Connections, Engine Control Wirings. (c) Carry out necessary Tappet Clearance, if required. (d) Cleaning of Fuel Lines, Inlet Air Lines and Exhaust Liner Radiator Fins. (e) Check functioning of Changing Alternator. (f) Engine Safety viz. High Water Temperature Gauge, Oil Pressure Gauge, Oil Temperature Gauge and High Speed Gauge shall be checked for their functions and repaired/replaced if required.
