Job contract for Operation and daily, preventive, breakdown maintenance of LT substation and Technical Block cum ATC Tower, Fire Station, ,DG sets and other Internal and External Electrical Installations of Terminal Building, Car Park, Approach Roads, High Masts lighting System, AC etc. and PAPI, CCRs, RC Desk, Landing -H, signages, Becon Lights and Windcones etc. , Split ACs, VRV System & Fire Hydrant system, Down Comers and analogue addressable fire detection & alarm system with all accessories / units /wiring viz like Pumps, Engines, Control Panel, valves , pipe lines, Alarm Panels, repeater panel,auto dialers,detectors, MCPs, hooters etc. for Terminal Building, ATC Tower and Fire Station (as detailed in the inventory)on all days including Sundays and holidays in three shifts etc. complete as required as per tender condition and as per direction of EIC.

Job contract for quarterly preventive and unlimited breakdown maintenance of 2 nos. of 7.5 KW Micro processor based CCR including reparing cards, callibrating, minor spares etc. but excluding major spares viz cards, thyristors, fuses, contactors, transformers, relays, meters, display etc. etc. Make : Nasu Systems etc. complete as required as per tender condition and as per direction of EIC.

Execution of any item of Delhi Schedule of Rates ( E&M) -2018 (internal &External electrical works) ( Guidance : if the quoted rate is Rs. 0.90 for this item, quoted amount shall be Rs. 90.00 for executing DSR-2018 items of amount Rs.100.00 ( calculating the rates of DSR excluding GST) OR if the quoted rate is Rs. 1.25 for this item, quoted amount shall be 125.00for executing DSR-2018 items of amount Rs.100.00 ( calculating the rates of DSR excluding GST)

Job Contract for comprehensive maintenance contract and unlimited Breakdown Maintenance contract including spare parts, consumables, sundry materials of 1.5 TR / 2 TR Window / split /Cassette Airconditioing machines of diffrent makes along with all its accessories and anciliaries viz indoor unit, out door unit tc. including providing & charging refrigerent, insulation, gas and liquid lines, drain lines, replacement of defective Compressors / electronic board, blower motors, Voltage stabilizer etc. complete as required as per tender condition and as per direction of EIC. (Total 11 Nos. of AC 1.5 TR / 2 TR )

Job contract for comprehensive maintenance contract and unlimited Break down maintenance contract for Voltas / Eureka forbes make water cooler cum purifier and Aqua Guard with all accessories like filters, compressors etc. complete as required. as per tender condition and as per direction of EIC. (Total 05 Nos. of Water Coolers and Aqua Guard. )(Replacement of filters as when as required)

Supply and fixing of copper refrigerant piping of following size comprising suction and discharge pipes complete with suitable size PVC FR Cu wire & nitrile rubber insulation sleeves, brazing including providing of clamps etc.

Size 1/2" & 1/4" for 1.5 TR Air-conditioning complete as required.

Size 5/8" & 3/8" for 2.0/3.0 TR Air-conditioning complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 25 mm PVC drain pipe connection from indoor to outside of wall including bends,water seal materials & necessary accessories on surface / recess for drain water outlets of AC units etc. complete as required.

Dismentalling of 1.5/2.0 ton split A/Cs of different make and handedover to AAI store/ shift to other location within Airport permises in good condition etc complete as required.

Installation ,testing and commissioning of 1.5/2.0 ton split A/Cs of Different make including gas charging, pressure testing and minor civil works etc complete as required

Repairing of hand dryer including transportation of same from site to work shop and taking back the same etc. complete as required.

Rewinding, repairing and complete overhauling of mono-block motor pump set up to 10.0 H.P including transportation of same from site to work shop and taking back the same, testing / commissioning etc. complete as required.

Repairing & maintenance of earthing including Civil foundation of earth pit etc. complete as required.

Rewinding, repairing of complete overhauling of exhaust/ ceiling fan including transportation of same from site to work shop and taking back the same, testing / commissioning etc. complete as required.
