Erection of DP 11 mtr long pole sub station type for mounting of T/F with all accessories like fuse set TPMO, LA, MS Channel TOP channel ,clamp, Danger board with the help of clamp (,All decentrealise material ,TPMO,Holding clamp, MS DROPPER Channel,top channel,service clamp, ,STONE PAD , Danger board, NUT&bolt will be provided by contractor including loading,unloading and carriage from naini store to site of centralise material as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Grouting and Plinthing of 9/11 Mtr. long STP/PCC pole (single pole=1 ,double pole of dp=2no) Grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement, coarse sand & brick blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly for 11 KV line( all using material in this work / required materials like cement ,send, bricks ,etc will be provided by the contractor.)

painting of 9/11mtr ST POLE RED OXCIDE PAINT COATING,Aluminium PAINT COATING (ALL MATERIAL USING IN THIS WORK LIKE PAINT ,Brush etc will be arranged by the contractor AS PER Resspo and electrical safty rule

Earthing of 9/11M ST Pole/pcc pole with the help of M.S. rod 16 mm dia and 2.5 mtr. long, fastening of G.I. wire with clamps (All materials Using in this work like M S earthing rod ,clamp nut bolts will be provided by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

ERECTION OF STAY COMPLTE ,Fixing & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fasteniong the stay wire with pole and stay rod nozzling.( (All Stay material for the complite stay ,Stay wire, Holding clamp, nut & bolt and material related civil work, will be provided by contractor including loading,unloading of centralise material store to site as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Earthing of T/F Body and Neutral Complete by 40 mm dia 2.5 Mtr. Long G.I. pipe electrodes by digging 3 Mtr. deep pits , making alternate layer of salt & charcoal and connecting with GI Strip of size 25x6 mm with clamps, Testing of earthing as pr rule ofter complete this work result will be satisfactory then connect all connection properly (All material related this work will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost) NOTE - Attached technical specification & photo

Construction of 11/0.4 KV Transformer plinth in size 1.5x1.5x 1.8 mtr. Height, including 0.6 mtr. below G.l. in bottom 1:4:8 cement sand and brick ballast; concreting upto 15 cm. thickness after ramming should be done. Thickness of 1st class brick work should be 0.35 mtr. below G.L. and above G.L. It should be 0.23 mtr. brick work bill be done with 1:4 cement, sand mortar, The space between the four walls should be filled with sand by ramming and watering keeping a space of 0.15 mtr on lop for 1:2:4 cement stone ballast and sand concreting. The two channels should be grouted as per direction of site in charge. All the sides of wall above G, L. should be plastered by 1:6 cement sand mortar having 12 mm thickness. (All decentrealise material t/f BASE Channel ,cement ,bricks,sand etc will be provided by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Providing and fixing of welded wire mesh fencing, around transformer plinth having one locking arrangements, Fencing should be provided by grouting MS angle 40x40x5 mm & wire mesh size 8 SWG(wire mesh between the MS angle will be as per standard practice and design.) Fencing length & width is require as per site. The painting of fencing should be done by good quality green paint with two coats after rubbing and cleaning and providing one coat red oxide primer. The fencing should be 2 M. above ground level. The rates should be inclusive of all materials required for completion of above work. (All material related this work will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost)

Erection & commissioning of T/F 400/250 KVA on D.P./P;LINTH along with HT/LT connections with copper L-piece. Complete in all respect,as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule (All decentrealise material DD Wire PVC 70MMSQ,CRIMPING LUG, COPPER L/Z CLAMP,T/F BASE ANGLE ,PVC TAPE will be provided by contractor including LOADING UNLOADING AND Carriage from naini store to site centralise material as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Erection earthing and grouting of LT Cubical Box, Making platform for stepping, plastering the same with cement sand in raio 1:6 Fixing the tailless unit 1 no 500 amp& 2 no 300 Amp making LT Bus Bar of copper strip size 50*6mm and its taping. (All material related this work tailless unit,nut bolt,Al lug,copper strip cubical box and material for civil work will be provided by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Erection earthing and grouting of LT PANNLE ,Installing 4 core mcv box Making platform .. (All material related this work LT INCOMING PANEL WITH ALL ARRENGMENT ,4 COR MCV BOX ,ETC will be provided by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Laying/hanging of following LT cable of different sizes for connecting to T/F MAIN LT SIDE TO LT CUBICAL BOX /TAILLES UNIT WITH CRIMPING LUGS AND Tailless unit to distribution END making with crimping lug and pvc tapping both ends of cable. . (All decentrealise material AL CRIMPING lugs,PVC TAPE, nut bolt ,service clamp , will be provided by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Laying of 11 KV, 3x70 ,3x120 /3x185 sq mm XLPE cable Hanging method with help of stay wire/GI wire . cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms and Electrical safety rules (All decentrealise material Stay wire,service clamp,nut bolt,Al binding wire including loading,unloading and carriage from naini store to site centralise material will be arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Fixing of Heat Shrink cable type end Terminations suitable for 11 KV, 3x120/3x70 sq mm XLPE cable and 11 KV 3x120/3x70 sq mm as per Resspo and Electrical safety rules. (All decentrealise material related this work will be provided by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)
