Providing & Fixing Chicken wire mesh 450mm wide at junction of slab and wall on outer surface complete all as per direction of EIC.
Providing and laying machine cut double polished uniform colour best quality KOTA stone slab minimum 18mm thick in size 600x600mm (Approx.) or specified with marble stone strip laid over 20mm thick bed with cement mortar 1-4 (Mix ratio of -One part Cement and Four part Fine Aggregate) for floor, skirting and steps, joints with colour matching cement, rubbing, polishing, rounding of edge wherever required & curing etc. complete as per specification and direction by EIC.
Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface and to prepare the surface even and smooth all complete.
Supplying & applying acrylic distemper of make Berger / Asian /Nerolac of approved shade in class room walls, ceiling in two coats over One coat of approved primer including prepration of surface, scaffolding etc. complete as per specification.
Supplying and applying one coat of compatible Primer of Asian/Berger/Nerolac make & two coat of Exterior plastic emulsion paint of Asian Paints make Apex ultima / Berger make weather coat anti dust / Nerolac make Excel Mica Marble on new / existing surface including cleaning & preparation of surface etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying and fixing circular / hexagonal M.S. Sheet ceiling fan box with clamp, rim, top and bottom lid. Lids shall be screwed into M.S. box by means of round handed screws, clamp shall be made of M.S. bar bent to shape as per standard with required over length.
Providing and laying 75 mm thick brick soling with locally available approved brick (minimum compressive strength 70Kg/Sqcm) of uniform shape {average size- 225mm x 105mm x 65mm (± 5mm)} including leveling and dressing the surface by cutting, transporting and filling the earth, complete to the required level and shape laying bricks with joints staggered and filling with earth and disposal of surplus earth upto a level of 1 Km all as per specification and direction of Engineer.
Supplying & Laying 80mm thick (± 3 mm) cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade coloured tiles as per technical specification (minimum compressive strength 400Kg / cm2 & water absorbtion should not be more than 6% by mass) having smooth finish and of approved size and design/ shape and pattern over brick soling by providing 50mm thick compacted bed of Ganga Sand and filling the joints with same all complete as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. Sample of paver block can be seen in the office of section head. (Note:- Existing soling where ever required has to be removed and relaid in required profile. Nothing extra will be paid for this). Note- The manufacturer interlocking tiles should meet technical specifications requirements. Concrete testing lab facility is also required in manufacturer's factory. Each tile should be trade mark of manufacturer.
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces at etc. after dismentling existing water proofing as required at site and consisting of the following i) Applying & grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 Kg/sqm. of cement admixed with water proofing compound @ 2% of cement over RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment . ii) Laying broken bricks/ brick bats 25 mm to 100 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1-5 (1 cement 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound @ 2% of cement over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar 1-5 (1 cement 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound @ 2% of cement to required slope and treatment similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs.iii) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound @ 2% of cement. iv) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1-4 admixed with water proofing compound @ 2% of cement and finally finishing the surface with trowel and neat cement slurry and making false marking of size 300X300 m square. v) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water up to for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final testing. No seepage spots should be visible. Average thickness of layer 120 mm and minimum thickness at drain point (khurra) as 65 mm.
Dismantling/breaking of existing concrete and brick work, cleaning of bricks stacking serviceable material and disposal of rubbish by Tractor/buggi for a lead of 2 km. as directed by engineer.
Providing and fixing 110mm dia PVC pipe ISI mark with necessary standard holder bat clamps including bends / shoes bends, jointing etc. as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.
Letter writing with synthetic Enamel Paint of approved brand & shade including preparation of base and border lining scaffolding etc. complete.
Providing and fixing Black granite stone 18mm thick (Approx.) of required size for Inaugration board with writing Golden colour letters 1" to 2" in height 75 Nos. (Approx.), maximum 1" Golden border all around complete as per requirement at various locations. Writing matter will be provided by NAPS. (Note- Brick pedestal for fixing Inauguration board will be made separately and paid in relevant items).
Providing and laying vitrified tiles (Double charge) of size 595mm x 595mm (Approx. thickness - 8 mm) of make H&R JOHNSON or KAJARIA or NITCO or equal range ...... Note- for complete item description please refer Annexure-1 of Technical Specification. The quoted rate shall include the activities as mentioned against Sl. no-25 of item description of Annexure-1 of Technical specification.
