Various civil works for repairing, deepening and Maintenance of bore wells with submersible pump under JPDC Jaipur (2021-22)

Rewinding of motor of submersible pump set including all necessary material and of the same charaterisctics as orignal with required size of super enameled wire E class insulation material and testing etc as req and complete in all respect as per directions of engineer in charge 1.5 HP to 3.0 HP. The job including all material, labour, required for maintenance of motor with transportation upto shop.

Repair of pump of submersible pump set including changing of required parts like impellor, bush, sleeve, shafts etc and any other material required for this purpose and testing etc and complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in Charge 1.5HP to 3.00 HP. The job including all material, labour, required for maintenance of pump with transportation upto shop.

Repair of pannel board for submersible pump installed at various JPD premises including changing/repairing of Capacitor/Voltmeter/ammeter/relay/indicating lamps for start and run position/ any part to make pannel board in working condition complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in Charge. The job also includes frieght charges of parts with mechanics upto shop. for pannel from 1.0 HP to 3.0 HP (Single phase)

Labour charge for only lowering/ unlowering of submersible motor set, pipes, cables, accessories etc and transporting submersible pump set from repairing shop/ store to tubewell/ open well installed at various JPDC premises. The job also includes charges of all T&P, machine and and any other material required for this purpose and complete in all respect as per directions of engineer in charge for all lead and lift .

P&F Steel nipples with nuts and bolts for jointing/extending 40mm OD HDPE Pipe including all T&P labour etc as per directions of Engineer in Charge for all lead and lift

Flushing of existing tubewell with dolly/ bucket system for remeoving and clearing filled sludge/ malwa from borewell (upto 12mtr depth) obstructing lowering of pipe & pump etc. The work includes flushing/ removing sludge of the existing bore upto obtaining sand free water using suitable T &P required for the job with frieght charges complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge for all lead and lift

(A) add extra over above item for every 1mtr depth
