Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 20 cm X 20 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight

White washing two coats using shell lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc comoplete

Distempering the old walls and ceiling one coat with best oil bound distemper of approved quality including preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, cost of brushes etc., complete

Re Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. Providing block board painting in two coats with good quality paint including cost and conveyance etc. complete.

Painting Two coats of Old wood works such as steel doors, windows, , window bars, balustrades, etc, with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc., complete
